Hotel looks beautiful, pool area was so dirty (bandages for days) hot tub is broken & no info online you find out when you get there, staff was dismissive/barely help, no one came to clean out room/update fresh towels etc. Luggage carts were missing so had to carry all luggage when we left. Breakfast & our room was great but overall was not worth the $ Will not return or recommend to my friends & family, so strangers beware

Room was ok. Staff pleasant. But the $100 charge upon check in was ridiculous! They told us it may not be credited back for two weeks after they “inspected” our room. I’ve never had a National chain charge this fee, rather than place a hold on a card. Not impressed.

Breakfast was good. The jets on the hot tub were not working just a tub of warm water. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
