The room was spotless and very spacious. We will consider to go back. Staff are very professional and courteous as well. But I think its time to upgrade their laundry area and replace both washing machine and the dryer. To have at least 2 sets for each unit so there will be no longer wait especially if the guest is checking out early in the morning wanting to wear or pack clean/dry clothes. I checked at the front desk to asked if they have a back up dryer and said they only have 1 which is unfortunately not working properly so I end up sending my husband to go outside at 1am just to look for nearest coin laundry so our clothes will be dry properly before putting it back it our luggage. Lesson learned, before washing the clothes, make sure the dryer is working first and able to dry all your washed and wet clothes in time.

Well situated, good quality hotel. Fresh towels left everyday which was good. Two pillows each which seems unusual in Japan and was appreciated! Loved the free cookie. Bathroom didn't smell great, which I think was due to no seal around bath (you could see mould down the edge) otherwise very clean and good service.

Althought they mentioned that they will only make room every third day but my room was made everyday. Nice location and very accessable to trains and other tourist location. Lots of food options around the hotel.

We only stayed here 1 night, but wish it was more. We stayed 2nights in Namba, Dotonbori area. Would have preferred 2 nights here and 1 in Dotonbori. This is located right next to the zoo and a decent park to walk. We caught the train to Team labs gardens, which was pretty cool, watched some soccer, and walked that park as well. Not as touristy as Dotonbori which was we liked the most. The hotel rooms were decent / small, with a small shower like normal but it was clean and had decent pillows (which you will understand later) Breakfast was included and was okay.

Room was great for a family of four. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Room was very clean with the exception of a stain on the couch. The lively and entertaining neighborhood has some homeless and drunk people.

The hotel was excellent, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and it was within walking distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. There was a great selection at the morning buffet breakfast. However, the bathroom was a bit small for an average-sized adult. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would stay there again if I’m in the area.

A great home base for our brief stay in Osaka

Wonderful service at the hotel and a great location just a few minutes walk from the Midosuji line and a ~15-minute walk from Tennōji station for more local access. For ¥1100 per adult (~$7.44 as of Aug 2025), a delicious hot breakfast buffet can be included. There is a coin-op laundry facility on the 2nd floor with 2 washers and 1 dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

After check out we asked front desk about airport limousine bus to kansai. She said Tennoji-we taxi there to find out there is no bus service after wasting time looking for the bus terminal. I had an 80 year old uncle with me who was not able to walk very far. We ended paying 20,000 yen twice since there was 5 of us with 8 pieces of luggage (2 taxis). Waste of money-you need to keep up with info to pass on to your guests. Just FYI-a bus ticket to airport is only 1600 yen per person which would have cost us only 8000 yen instead of 40,000 yen. How will we be compensated for your hotels staff incompetence??

Nice hotel in a shinsekai area

Very nice hotel in the shinsekai area. Great room, comfortable bed with nice bedding & excellent daily breakfast. The shinsekai area has great variety of restaurant & activities, beautiful at night when all the neon lights are glowing.

The bathroom was soooo small! the pictures online were somewhat misleading. The staff was kind and i loved the area but i probably would not stay here again. The lack of space made the stay very uncomfortable.
