Excellent property, walkable to many shops, convenient stores and restaurants. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff were attentive and the onsite breakfast cafe a must try. There was also laundry facilities on site which was very helpful to my extended travels across Japan. Highly recommend.

お部屋に乾かした物を干す物がなかったりバゲージラックがなかったり…コーヒーも無料じゃなく金取るし。他にもあるけどなんかちょっとずつ惜しい感じ。朝食がついてるのはいいけど、卵かけご飯かおにぎりの2択。みそ汁の具も毎日同じ。卵かけご飯の量もよそう人によって量が違うし…安く提供するにはそうなるのか❓ 車で行ったけどホテルの看板も分かりづらく隣のドーミーインの方が目立ってた。駐車場も分かりづらい場所にあった。空いてなかったら隣のドーミーインのこれまた構造的に止めづらい駐車場。で、スマートインの駐車場が空きになってたけど空いてたのが車椅子マークのところのみ…ホテルの従業員に確認したけどハッキリした返答をもらえず…対応として、今日は車椅子のお客様がいないので止めてもらっていいですよ〜とか…言えんのか❓と思った。

宮崎市街地の真ん中にあり、交通の便は最高です。飲屋街にも近く、食事も困りません。お部屋の仕様はやや簡素ですが、ビジネスホテルとしては全く問題ないです。朝食は基本セットで、簡素なおにぎりか卵かけご飯ですが、力を貯めるには問題ないです。唯一の注意点は温泉施設がない、これだけです。飲屋街のボーリング場に温泉施設があったので、私はここを利用して、うまく対応できました。
ベッドです。毎日ベッドメイクしていただけるのもよかったです。
