チェックインの事前登録という案内があったので行いました。てっきり到着したらQRコードで即時に済むシステムと思い、そのつもりで予定を組んでいたのに、チェックインカウンターに並ばされかなり時間がかかってしまいました。もう少しどうにかならないものかと思いました。枕の高さが高いものしかなかったのも、少し寝づらかったです。 それ以外は、立地もよく便利で清潔でした。

Right off the universal city walk strip. Very good breakfast buffet with wide variety of options. Rooms were very clean and turn down service was top notch. Plenty of space for family of four with two teenagers. TONs of dining/shopping options around the hotel.

We went to Japan and stayed here because it was next to the Universal Studios place in Japan. I'm so glad we stayed here. Everyone was friendly and being next to the park made this trip very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and had nothing bad to report. No news is good news and everyone was very kind.

Great hotel, great location to USJ.

Great hotel close to USJ. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Super close to shops, restaurants and metro station. Would recommend this hotel definitely stay here again if we found ourselves visiting USJ again!
