very nice stay would definitely recommend and stay here again. budget wasn't the best needs more variety of foods, incredibly limited. the room lighting for makeup and getting ready for women was very dull and very limited, needs a vanity or vanity lighting on restroom mirror. uber and taxi pick ups were always a struggle we had to walk out of the area to catch an uber or taxi, quite inconvenient. otherwise, great service great location great people great atmosphere love it!!!

Osaka Visit

Beautiful hotel in great location. Very helpful staff in particular Yukki and Mio who were very helpful in printing my Universal Studios tickets.
