Would go back they have a separate lounge for women and a co ed lounge. Vending machine microwave kettle fridge and water filling station on site. All women amenities are on the same floor that includes toilet shower powder room laundry area sleeping pod lockers and lounge area. Staff speak English was very easy. Near everything within walking distance. Love it!

Extremely happy with the outstanding customer service from the staff at the reception, they were brilliant! Also I absolutely loved the space, cleanliness and organization. The location is perfect as well! All in all, the best stay in Osaka in my opinion if you’re looking for a budget friendly and safe space to stay

The hotel is a bit older and not as modern as other capsule hotels. The location is fantastic and it’s a surprisingly quiet hotel to stay at. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing service and facilities for a great price!

This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel and I was extremely impressed at how spacious the capsules were, how clean the bathroom facilities were, they also even had a coin laundry. The staff was all extremely friendly and very helpful with any advice needed. This was an amazing place to stay for a great price, definitely recommend!
