There is something for everyone here at the Lake, whether you are looking for a family friendly vacation, romantic getaway, outdoor adventure, shopping trip, or a round of golf. This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom newly updated condo that sleeps 10. Located in the popular, family friendly complex of The Ledges Condominiums

The Ledges Condominiums, one of the most popular locations at the lake, is situated right on the MAIN channel at the 21-mile marker. Besides its magnificent view, this complex offers the following amenities:

• Two lakeview pools, one lakefront and one up on the hill, both with spectacular views.

• Sandy beach with lake access for swimming

• Playground

• Fishing/swimming from the docks

By water or by land this unit is conveniently located. Walmart and Dierbergs are closely located for groceries and drinks. If you need a night off from cooking, it is located a quick boat ride or car ride to many great waterfront restaurants, such as Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, and for breakfast you must try The Cozy Café. The Outlet mall, putt putt golf, and go carting can be found only a few miles away.

This lakefront property is luxuriously furnished with BRAND NEW quality and comfortable furnishing. The kitchen features quartz countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and is equipped with everything you need to create a great meal.

You don't even have to leave bed for a speculator view of water and boats. This master bedroom is lined with sliding glass doors leading to the balcony that overlooks the lake. It also has a king-sized bed, TV/Roku, and a private ensuite bathroom which has a walk-in shower and double vanity.

The second bedroom could be considered a second master. It offers a queen-sized bed and access to the common bathroom. It also has sliding glass doors that lead to the waterfront balcony and a tv with Roku.

The third bedroom includes two twin/full bunk beds that will sleep 6 guests. It also has access to the common bathroom and a tv with Roku.

Living area is spacious with plenty of seating and is lined with glass sliding doors that overlooks the lake. If you’re able to take your eyes off the outdoor view there is also a flat screen tv and cable in this common area.

To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, 11 bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 6 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays.

This condo was perfect for our stay. It has a large living area which was great when the whole family got together. We weren’t crowded at all. Everything was very clean, comfortable, laid out well. This is the nicest condo we have ever rented at Lake of the Ozarks. We will stay here again.

Ledges stay with family

Check in was easy and well set up. Condo was in a very good location in the complex. It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were all nice and comfortable, appliances were all new and everything worked as it should. It had all kinds of room and there was plenty of room for our family of six. I would recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

Beautiful condo! Very spacious and the new deck is beautiful! We were there when it was cold so didn’t get to enjoy sitting out there! Only couple of complaints! Pillows in the queen bedroom need to be replaced! They had a terrible odor. Towel rack in bathroom fell off, and there was no wine glasses!! Overall great place! We will be back!

The condo was very nice & amazing views. Wish they had a few things like creamer , sugar .. we stayed at one there on the lake that had lots of stuff .. they suggested to use any and leave stuff also for the next ppl. We really enjoyed that. Lots of seasonings , syrup, coffee. We will definitely stay again. Pool area is Very dated also but we had a boat so didn’t hang out here. A little money in these things and wow this place would be awesome.

Family & Friends Lake time

Our son just got married in Columbia, MO. We decided to spend time after the wedding at the lake with our family and another family. The condo was exactly like the pictures and plenty of room to spread out with our group. We brought two boats and were able to get two slips to rent which was very convenient. The view is gorgeous and the location is wonderful as it is centrally located to many places to travel to by boat. We have stayed in other condos at The Ledges in the past. This is by far the nicest with the best views! You get a beautiful sunset from the deck! We also enjoyed one of the pools which was directly below the condo and could see if it was busy or not which was convenient. This condo is a bit pricier than others, however, totally worth it with the nice accommodations and gorgeous view!

Absolutely stunning! - Inside and out!

This condo is stunning! From the decor to the layout to the view, each detail is perfect for a get-away. The deck spans two bedrooms and the living room, with walkouts from each. You can leave your blinds open the entire time to enjoy the water, the sun and sunset, and even the nighttime lights. The view of the lake is one of the best views you're going to find! The condo is equipped with nearly anything you may need. Everything is just as the pictures show. The VRBO host, Sheila Becherer, has been prompt, kind, and helpful since day one of my booking. I loved the informational packet that was sent out to make my entry and exit smooth. We plan to rent from Sheila in the future! - One note, and it's nothing the host can change, is that even though the condo is at parking lot level, there are two sets of stairs (one set down and the other back up... by the way the Ledges builders designed the stairs to the other condos). There's a little extra effort needed for luggage, but 100% worth it.

Beautiful lodging and location!

What a beautiful condo with a magnificent view of the lake! It's conveniently located and was everything the listing promised. It appears to be recently renovated and has a comfortable layout. The wrap-around deck was impressive and the perfect spot for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We would definitely stay in this particular unit again.

The condo was beautiful! The view was amazing! The only small downside was that the pool was a bit dirty. That would not stop us from renting again as the upside of this condo was far above expectations!
