Low ratings only because there were problems with the water the night we stayed there. Water was turned off until around 3:00 due to a leak and there was no hot water the entire time we were there. Hopefully, this was a one-time unexpected problem. Facilities were clean and beds were very comfortable!

Last minute find on Labor Day weekend. Quite surprised with the friendly staff and great atmosphere. Quiet and clean. Only thing i would have liked was a better breakfast but what they did have was exactly as expected.
