This 1 bdrm/1 bath condo sleeps 2 guests and is perfect for a fun getaway! The unit requires stairs to access, 1 flight down from parking lot

This is a freshly renovated, gorgeous unit with a full kitchen and everything you need for your stay!

RULES:
*Primary renter must provide copy of ID & sign renter agreement prior to arrival*
*No smoking of any kind*
*No party/fraternity rentals*
*Minimum renter age 21*
*NO animals/pets of any kind*

1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. This immaculate 1 bedroom unit features beautiful decor and abundant natural light.

There are 2 mini loveseat lounge chairs in the living room with amazing views of the main channel!

The beds are comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen which includes a large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and more. The large outdoor deck provides panoramic lake views and includes outdoor furniture to listen to the waves roll in

There is a BRAND NEW pool on the property! The pool is full and ready to enjoy!!

Beach access is a rocky area with lake access near the complex pool.

We have a very unique, unobstructed view of a Missouri State Park to gorgeous lake and forest views.

You will have access to the whole space. It is a private condo and no other guests will have access. There is no closet available to hang items in. You will be able to use a private washer and dryer, private patio, and all spaces in the condo. There is a shared unit pool that all guests have access to. There is also a private rock beach that is open for swimming in the lake to all guests.
