Escape to our beautiful 2-bed, 2-bath waterfront condo at Parkview Bay in Osage Beach. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Lake of the Ozarks from your private balcony. This getaway comfortably fits 4-6 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy fireplace, and access to a community pool and hot tub. Perfect for a relaxing lake retreat with modern comforts.

*subject to availability-14x40 boat slip rental $25/per day

​​​​​​​Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet friendly.
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Liked: Cleanliness
Unit was decent, however the master bed had a plastic liner of some sort on the mattress, which made it very warm sleeping, and you could hear the plastic as you moved. Also, was noise all night long from unit above. Needless to say, was challenging to sleep.
