A completely renovated chalet in the heart of Ortisei, just 200 metres from the ski lifts to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi.

Cosy, elegant, and equipped with every comfort, it is the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, sports, and tradition in every season of the year.

The chalet consists of:

- a bright living room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV

- a cosy double bedroom with a Smart TV

-a small bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for children or teenagers


-a full bathroom equipped with all amenities

-a private garden with a stunning view of the mountains and
a private sauna for moments of total relaxation


A convenient private locker for skis and boots is available to guests at the Seceda cable car (for up to 2 people).

The hot tub in the garden is not available to guests.

The living room has been recently renovated and no longer features a fireplace.

The small bedroom has been updated with a bunk bed in place of the previous twin beds.

The chalet is located in the heart of Ortisei, in a central location convenient to all amenities, restaurants, and ski lifts.

A convenient “drop & go” parking area is available directly in front of the house for loading and unloading luggage, while a reserved covered garage is located just 200 metres from the property.

The unit itself was nice and clean. The location was excellent, walkable to most of Ortisei. Communication with host was good and check in/out was smooth. They checked in on us frequently and were prompt answering any questions. The beds were very comfortable. However the photos for the listing were misleading, the unit had clearly been renovated with no fireplace liked pictured, and the hot tub pictured was not included, which was disappointing as we filtered our search to include a hot tub. Some basic ammenities were missing, including hand soap, paper towels, and there were no toiletries as advertised, as well as no extra bedding or hand towels for the kitchen. The washing machine was also broken by previous guests, which is no fault of the hosts, however they didn't offer any alternatives to address it. The room with twin beds got to be stuffy due to there not being windows to open and there wasn't a fan in the unit to help with air circulation. Overall, it was a great unit and the hosts were kind and responsive, but there's room for improvement.
