Séjour agréable dans un cadre magnifique

Séjour agréable dans un mobil home confortable disposant d'une très belle vue. Equipements dans le camping (restaurant, piscine, mur d'escalade) de qualité. Seul bémol pour ce séjour de 4 jours: la piscine n'a ouverte que le dernier jour, ce qui n'était pas prévu sur le site internet

Instalaciones OK, detalles importantes a mejorar

El camping en general y el bungalow estás muy cuidados y en perfectas condiciones. Muy buenas zonas de juego para niños, zona de escalada, piscina (algo pequeña para el tamaño del camping). Sin embargo tiene dos aspectos por los que ponga una nota tan negativa: Por un lado el wifi: Se supone que hay wifi en el bungalow pero es de pago y en toda el tiempo que estuvimos no funcionaba. Se supone que hay wifi gratuita en recepción en el bar pero muchas veces no funciona y cuando lo hace es una velocidad pésima. Y el camping está en una zona 3g de muy baja cobertura. El resultado es que estás totalmente incomunicado y es imposible trabajar o consultar cualquier cosa en internet. (y no se especifica así en su página). Por otra parte el servicio del personal no es el mejor. Aparte de las respuestas mostrando molestia cada vez que se preguntaba si estaba ya disponible la wifi del bungalow se une el proceso de check out: se queda a una hora para que revisen el bungalow, llegan media hora tarde y se ponen a contar los cubiertos y la vajilla (entre otras cosas) para comprobar que todo está bien. Me parece innecesario y muy violento cuando además tienen los datos de la tarjeta que la piden de garantía para si hay algún problema. Tampoco se puede pagar con tarjeta (y no lo especifican) pero como nos les funciona internet la mayor parte de las veces, tampoco es posible pagar con tarjeta. Inexplicable estos fallos en un camping de esta categoría.
