The staff were really helpful and friendly, but forgot to bring me extra pillows though. The whole hotel is very tired and in need of renovation, as it doesn’t appear to have been since the 1990’s. Air con very noisy and doesn’t work properly also.

Hotel is great. They have some strange rukes though. Such as you can only get your towels from 10 am to 11 am or from 4 pm yo 5 pm. If you miss it you are out of luck. Not enough umbrellas and chairs for the guests. Expedia failed to inform us that in an all inclusive hotel we were booked for a half board. Expedia just booked us with a package they decided we should have without ever asking us or informing us about it.. Room with a see view paid extra for the view got us into a room with one pint of a see view. Not happy at all Expedia people!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dubrovnik. The staff were meticulous and very helpful every step of the way. Great location, great breakfast to start the day, comfortable spacious room and close to transport. ,A big shout out to ‘Lynder’ who went above and beyond. Thank you very much for everything!

Location great and reception and bar lobby staff very helpful We had bought a bottle of wine to drink in room It had a cork and not a screw top Bar staff member was so lovely and opened for me and gave me a glass of ice as it was warm.Cleaning staff maybe busy but little issues like tea bags not replenished no English breakfast tea in room nor milk options which didn’t need as no black tea at all glasses and tea cups not cleaned and replaced after first night Collected and put in line on desk second night so obvious we wanted replaced

Good hotel, very central. Noise from no too local bars was slightly evident on our first night but not our second. We managed to do everything iwe wanted in full day but I would go back and I would stay at the Dubrovnik Hotel.

Bug in Room

We found a bug in the room, so we asked to switch rooms. The front desk staff was dismissive, said there are bugs everywhere outside, and they had no other rooms available. Bugs should not be present inside a hotel room! In the course of trying to catch that bug and look for other bugs, we found dirt and dust in the corners and crevices, mold on the shower stalls, etc. It's in a good location in the main square, but you can hear the noise outside. Good breakfast.
