Perfect house for a traveling soccer team!

We had 7 teenage soccer players and 7 adults staying here for the Disney Soccer College Showcase. The layout was perfect with the upstairs a great hangout spot and downstairs and outside perfect for adults. The house was clean, the location was outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The upstairs air conditioning wasn't working throughout our stay and we had some challenges communicating with the property management company in a timely manner. this seemed to be a technology issue rather than a property management issue. at the end of the day, we were happy it wasn't 100 degrees and left feeling very content with our visit. I would 100% stay here again.

We had a great stay at this immaculate, spacious home. There is plenty to do and we enjoyed our stay. Great for large families or groups, close to Disney without the crowds.

Overall it was a comfortable stay!

Our house was clean, stocked with the basics and comfortable. We paid to have pool heat on and the temperatures dropped a little bit during our stay so the pool was not usable due to the cold temperatures. We were told if the temperatures dropped below 60 that the pool heater shuts off and there's nothing we can do about it. It would have been nice to know this before paying for the week. Other than that everything was good!

My family and I had a great time. Great location, neighborhood, more than enough space for everyone. I also like the fact that the trash is picked up everyday. Especially with 11 people staying at the property.

Disney vacation

Loved the house. Had more than enough room for 10 of us to spread out and enjoy. Awesome pool. House Had everything to make us feel at home. Kids loved the pool, game room and splash pad and lazy river at club house. Would definitely recommend and rent again. Family can't wait to go back next year

Okay property

So the property was everything that they listed , but I will avoid ever renting from a business again and try and do private owners again . They make sure to try and charge extra for every little thing . Pack n plays cribs grill etc . But overall it was clean and just to be expected.

great location just 20 minutes from Universal Studios. Global Resort homes was easy to deal with on all booking needs. Hate that we spent so much time at Theme parks and couldn't take in the amenities of the Windsor west resort areas. The game room at the house was in need of some upgrading but all in all a great place!

Gorgeous house and spacious

My family and I loved the house. Its gorgeous and spacious. We loved how it sits off of main road but convenient to shopping. Walmart is only 3 miles from the house and easy to get to. The clubhouse is nice. My kids enjoyed the water area and the lazy river. The pool and hot tub to the house was nice and relaxing. Pool maintenance guy was friendly when he came to clean the filter. Property maintenance do an amazing job on keeping up on the property. Maintenance and the rental property were easy to get ahold of and respond in a timely fashion. The homeowner responds in a timely fashion as well. Only problem we had was the neighbors were loud and playing music until 2 am. One neighbor 2 houses down set off fireworks between their fenced in pool area and the wooden fence a couple backfired and someone could of gotten seriously hurt. Other neighbors kids on the other side of us started taking the back fence between houses apart.

Excellent home for multiple families, beautiful kitchen, family tv room upstairs worked great for kids video games, the private pool, water park and lazy river are perfect ways to cool off after a hot day in the parks. The air hockey and basketball games in the garage were a big hit! Thanks for sharing your home!

We loved the house!

There were a total of 8 of us staying at the house, 5 kids and 3 adults and there was more than enough room at the house. The beds were very comfortable and the staff at the management company and clubhouse were very Nice! The only downfall we had was cell phone reception in the house. Would definitely rent again

Annual family reunion with my kids & theirs

Accommodations and layout perfect for our group of four families and kids. Everyone thought beds were comfortable, pool was warm and hot tub warmer. Everyone really enjoyed the one afternoon at the common pool area. Lazy river and in-pool playground were a hit. Spent most of time at Disney which was w/in 20 minute easy drive. Towels were plush, not the cheap scratchy kind. My only gripe is not knowing which size filter to buy for coffee maker; filters are cheap - wish rental owners/managers would keep appropriate size on hand. If we do the Disney thing again, we'll definitely consider this unit again.

Awesome Home!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. This home is close to Disney Parks and also places to eat. There were nine of us and there was still plenty of room left in the house for additional guests. The home provided everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The kids enjoyed the game room a lot. We only used the pool once due to us getting home late almost every evening. The check-in and check-out process was very simple. We will keep this home in mind the next time we are in Orlando, FL. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Absolutely Loved It!

We loved this home. It's new, well decorated, and equipped with every thing you need. This house looks even better than the pictures. The resort has a free arcade and a great pool with a lazy river and a large water play area for kids. It's great if you have small children because you don't have to leave the resort if you don't want to.

Great home in new subdivision, everything was in good condition.

The home was newer with all nice finishings. We have been taking our yearly golf trip for 20 years now and renting different homes. The beds here were excellent!! The houses we have rented before have had less than stellar beds, but everyone slept great on these beds. Pool is a little on the smaller size but worked perfectly for us. With the pool heat, we used that pool and hot tub every day, several times a day. We had an issue checking in, our access code was not working properly. After calling the service number, they couldn't fix it on the phone but they sent one of their people to the house within 15 minutes and gave us access to the property. They were very responsive. Would definitely come back next year if available.
