Amazing house, ice cold pool & jacuzzi
The house was incredible! The perfect layout and beds/baths that served our family so easily! The extremely disappointing part is that it shows pictures of the beautiful back patio with the pool and jacuzzi. I paid for the heating of it and had to call them at least twice every day to get the heater turned on. I paid in advance, as soon as they sent the payment link. They claimed I hadn’t paid, so I pulled up my credit card statement and told them exactly what date I had paid. We arrived on Monday night and it was supposed to be heated when we arrived. I started calling to inform them on Tuesday morning and finally on Friday night they came and it started heating. Here’s the further disappointment… it heats to maybe the high 70’s, both the pool and “jacuzzi”. It only heats from 9am-9pm, so it cools down over night. It should be heated properly or listed as a cold large pool and small pool. I looked specifically for a property with a heated pool and jacuzzi because we utilize that amenity a great deal when traveling, so this was a very disappointing part of an otherwise perfect trip! Also, the dryer needs replacing. It took hours to dry one load of laundry. Again, the house is amazing, could use new carpet and a few minor repairs, but the usefulness and solid build of the home was great!
