Overall it was a decent stay; however on our arrival there were some disappointments. Overall cleanliness was questionable, but they did fix the noted conditions as quickly as possible. The communication was great, beds were firm, but not worn out or dirty (some people prefer firm is all). We appreciated their quick response time and the representative did a great job addressing our concerns. The only true surprise was the controlled AC - they did allow for adjusting the temperature to my comfort level at night, but the units were either programmed to return to 77/78 during the day, or they couldn’t support the higher temps. In all my years of vacationing I’ve never seen this. Very surprise. If you’re going to do this I would suggest you make that clear in your description. Thank you

Villa rental vacation
My family and I have rented villas a number of times in Davenport and this rental was by far the worst we have ever come across.
Despite reporting our list of concerns to the villa management on a face to face basis very little was actually done to alleviate these concerns.
It was only at the eleventh hour that we discovered, upon having to request the sub division access codes, the vllla was in a completely different sub division than the one we had booked.

The house was immaculate clean. We were very impressed with everything. Hosts were great. Would rent from them again in the future and encourage others to take advantage of the great places offered.
