Lakehouse Landing is a clean, comfortable, peaceful and spacious villa where it is easy to relax and unwind with family and friends. It is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac, and looks out over a conservation area and lake. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each stay.

Wake up to a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy your morning outside by the pool while looking out at the water. Enjoy fantastic days in the pool, wonderful sunsets over the lake and evening swims.

The pool and spa was great for the kids and adults too, the location was convenient for the main Disney Parks, it was good to have the washing machine and dryer and access to cable TV fir the kids was really useful, the home had good WIFI coverage. During our stay we contacted the host and their response was timely and helpful.

Very comfortable villa, beds and sofas very comfortable. Outside table and chairs could do with replacing and attention to details needed such as pool cues with no tips, gaffer tape around kitchen sink tap, and coffee machine and ice maker need a deep clean. However the area is very quiet and met all our needs.

We enjoyed staying at this house for a week. We used it as a base camp while exploring Florida. Having an abundance of rooms and a pool made our stay enjoyable. Would recommend staying again. The quiet neighborhood was a definite plus.

Everything you need for your family to have a fun relaxing time is here!!!! Came to Orlando for a graduation/birthday celebration to visit the theme parks. One day of the trip was a chill by the pool day. By way the view of the lake from the pool was phenomenal. My kids, or should I say my young adults, are easily bored. Between the pool, game room, the gaming console, board games, tv, and books NO ONE was bored!! Kinda wish we had another relax day . We loved that everyone in our group had their own bathroom. Made getting ready so convenient. Kitchen is fully stocked, and had pretty much everything you need. The only thing that was missing was a baking sheet, which we improvised and found a solution when baking cookies. Beds were super comfy. Super close to Disney, about a 40/45 minute drive to Universal. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Overall, the location locally in the neighbourhood and within the Orlando area is perfect. The villa is in great condition and beautifully overlooks one of the lakes in a quiet cul-de-sac.My entire family lived this place and would happily return. :)

The villa was as shown stunning place for privacy but within close proximity for super markets e.t.c.Rob and Laurie the hosts wee very helpful with all the correspondence i can not fault any part.the house was fully equipt with all the mod cons you need for a stay with no needs and the internet was fantastic.we all felt safe and secure especially with having a young family alarmed and fully locked.I give you my word you would not be disappointed in renting this villa i would certainly recommend and return hear at a heartbeat.Steve and Family

Everything was great - 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms works out perfectly. The only drawback is that the large “L” shaped couch is well worn (springs are weak). Lots of plates, utensils and pots and pans. We’ll worth the stay

Location. location. location makes this home a gem!

Communication with the owner and the support team was outstanding. Any observations were handled quickly and efficiently and PROFESSIONALLY! The location, with local wildlife "visiting" daily made us smile with each family of birds, cranes, etc. Quiet days and peaceful evenings great for relaxation family time together. The outdoor TV was a true treat, we had brought or FireTV stick programmed from home for movies, series access and TV. If you are pillow sensitive...bring your own, the selection was limited for our neck and side sleepers, we easily ordered what we needed from Amazon...same day delivery which was available for some 20 orders we made...neat location treat! Kitchen adequately equipped for our chef's in the family. We only used 3 of the bedrooms and all of us found the beds very comfortable.Great appliances throughout. Basic supplies for the first day, then a quick Costco run set us up for the rest of our stay with extras left for the next guests. Pool heating was a must as we had many 8-9 degree Celsius nights and mornings and evenings...but the pool and hot tub attached fun comfort. Would we go back..YES in a heartbeat ! Great host, GREAT local service team.Great time had by all. Close to Disneyworld parks ( check Waze each day) and will be even quicker when the soon to be finished "connector" road to be finally opened ( ha ha two townships holding back on finishing !! Local politics at play !!) Great restaurants nearby, all genres of cuisine . Bravo !!

Great stay!!

This home was perfect for our group! We loved the pool and hot tub and spent every morning in it. It was in a quiet location that was not too long of a trip to the parks. We were traveling with 4 teens and everyone had enough space to take a break from each other while also having things to do together.
