The Villa we stayed in was beautiful! The pool area very clean, extremely crowded. Lots of lifeguards, safe for children. Extreme limited food and bar was so disappointing. Almost shouldn’t be listed as a bar. They had no wine and cannot make/mix drinks. Food very limited and too expensive!

Overall my stay here was a good experience, I stayed with my family and we all really enjoyed the property. I will say there were a few things that negatively effected my stay such as waiting 24 hours for maintenance to come flip a switch for a blown fuse. That is a full day one room was down and that is unacceptable for the price we paid for a five day stay. The cleaning could be better, it looked like the cabinets in the kitchen were starting to have a build up on them from not being properly wiped down and two of the beds had stains on them which looked like pink paint or marker. I also Thought it was ridiculous how you are charged an extra $100 to use the grill on site as well as to heat the pool. I just don’t understand why these would not be included in your stay. With that being said I only added the heat for the pool during our stay and I will say I do not regret it.

GREAT GREAT GREAT, Wish we stayed longer!!!!!

This was an amazing relaxing, clean, comfortable trip! I’m already planning to come back this summer and or next year! I love the waterpark, basketball, lazy river, and the bar/ restaurant already included in the community. Our pool was warm when we arrived. I wish we had the jacuzzi. The house was clean and had more than enough room. There were a few little things such as the grill not being clean and I wanted to make sure it wasn’t on my bill. When I called, they noted and told me to email pictures. Someone came out. The water filter on the fridge stopped working after the first day and the water was sooo good. I wish we stayed longer. I’m already I forming others to go and experience and I want to stay at their other locations on the beach and more.

The property was so beautiful and convenient to me and my family. Very clean and stocked. Close to every theme park we went too. We will be staying again for our next vacation. Was able to add pool heater during my stay and the tech was at our door less than 10 mins.

Loved the privacy of this property. Easy in and out access without jeopardizing any safety concerns. Loved that you can order delivery from DoorDash or uber from neighboring stores with ease. The Villa was beautiful. The location was very convenient. The hot water didn’t work on the first day and even after it was “fixed” temperature was closer to luke warm. Customer service sucks. No manger on-site. Very hard to get a resolution. We were promised vouchers to Dezerland Park Orlando because the property is still under construction and we never received them despite calling multiple times.

I booked this trip based on the water park opening that Friday. We were there from around 10am to 1pm and testing by the life guard team was still being done. Also, there was no entertainment no music, nothing truly exciting at all. Did not feel like a grand opening seemed like things should of been figured out beforehand. Also, there was one guy who continued to check on others around me, but noth family. He didn’t check on us, smile, greet us not anything, but other families by us he continued to ask are you okay? Do you need anything? Was not right. The house was nice, but the atmosphere did not seem very welcoming. I would love to visit again once things are in order, but I almost felt scammed by the water park grand opening

Stay was amazing & easy. We were able pay to have our pool heated due to it being February which was so nice. You can walk to restaurants if you choose to. The home itself was immaculate & every amenity you could think of. Will definitely rebook.
