The villas are spotless, the beds are comfortable, the pool and playground are great. The only thing I would say we’re not perfect are: 1-the kitchens of the villas are not vers well equipped. No base at all (not even salt and pepper) 2-the shuttles for the Disney parks are pretty restrictive. Only 1 time in the morning and the return is around 4:00 pm in the afternoon. It’s not giving any flexibility. We had to take uber (+/- $50 each time) Otherwise, the site it self is great and perfect for young families.

Villa was clean, comfortable and quiet! Villatel was a very pleasant resort to stay. The pool area had something for everyone. Full service bar with a limited menu but the resort is in a great spot close to other food options. Shuttle to the parks. We enjoyed it very much and Villatel will be our first choice if we ever come back to Orlando!

Room was great! Only thing I didn't agree with is having to pay for parking and recreational activities. I feel after paying almost $4,000 for our week long stay those amenities should have been paid for. But overall it was a very nice and clean place to stay.

Very clean. Pool at villa was nice and water park was fun for all. Comfortable and spacious accommodations. Only minor complaint was maintenance staff came by after our 4pm check in to power wash the villa back deck…should have been done prior to checkin.
