Ample room for all of our team members. We had team members arriving and departing at separate times, but regardless of the flow, there was always enough space for everyone to spread out, come together, and get ready. All of the ladies utilized the Jack & Jill bathrooms, which worked perfectly. Would love to come back here with the kids.

Great place for a group of co-workers in town for a tradeshow. The traffic was way worse than I would’ve expected going to the Orlando Convention Center, but that’s not your fault. Game room was hilarious. Only complaint was the non-existent water pressure in the downstairs en-suite. It was just a mist of water! Crazy bad.

This house was amazing and met all of our needs. We had four different families and everyone had their own space. The kids LOVED the themed rooms and the game room! The kitchen was spacious and had most of the basic kitchen supplies to cook at home. We loved the movie room - plenty of room to relax and have a family night. The pool and hot tub were a hit! Beautiful lanai space to relax. Some wear and tear on the furniture, stairs, and walls in spots, but it was nothing that kept us from enjoying the beauty of the home. The hosts were excellent and communicated promptly on all questions. Super easy check-in and check-out. Thank you for hosting us!!

Excellent stay at this location! The house was very clean and pictures are accurate to what is inside. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub throughout the stay. The host communicated with us well prior to our arrival and we didn’t have any issues throughout our stay. There is a community pool area and a playground for this gated community that the kids enjoyed. Highly recommended for families. 10 miles from Disney parks and Universal parks.

We had an amazing stay with our family, friends and colleagues for a conference. The accommodations were amazing and plenty of rooms for 15 of us and we all had our own space. There were numerous amenities for our family when we were attending the conference. I would highly recommend this place which was in a gated community.The one disappointing thing was that you have to pay extra to heat the hot tub and for what we paid for the stay for the week, I would have expected that to be part of it.The owner was really good about responding to my messages and helped explain everything to me.

Overall this house was large enough for our group of 11 to feel comfortable. The house was as described in the photos. We enjoyed the movie room and the hot tub especially after a long day at the parks. Would definitely recommend this house for a large group or family.

The property wasn’t exactly how it was portrayed in the picture, but similiar. The house in the pictures had a driveway, backyard was facing west with a nice sunset, houses had separation, the living room furniture was suitable for a seating of 10. The actual property had common parking, the house were six feet apart, the backyard faced east, One of the two electronic games was broken our entire stay. I don’t typically like to begin with the negatives but this is an important one that I don’t want any parents to miss. The windows did not have screens, including in the Star Wars themed kids room. We found my nephew hanging out of the window from the waist down trying to get to the small portion of roof a few feet below. With 7 kids in out party,the rest of the trip had all the adults on high alert and elevated anxiety. As these homes are geared towards families, I just think this is a non-negotiable. Another safety concern we had were the blind cords. The living room being the main issue for us with a couch that made it accessible to the 1 year old who loved playing with it. We had to rig it up so she couldn’t reach. On to some positives, excellent location and the house was perfect for our large travel party of 8 adults and 7 kids. The kids loved the game room! Though it does have super cool bunk beds in the room, you can’t really use them because you can shut down all the machines which have lights and sounds (unless there is a way and we just couldn’t figure it out).The themed rooms were great. Movie room was perfect and got lots of use but lots of candy wrappers underneath from previous guests. Pool area was perfect, being screened in was great, especially with the alligator that hung out in the lake behind the house. The safety items will keep me from staying here or any Diamond Property again. But if traveling without kids it’s a great spot.
