We were booked into a room -- and given working keycards-- that was already occupied. We scared the occupants half to death when we unlocked their door and barged in at 2am, thinking the room was ours. The night clerk then gave us a different room, thankfully unoccupied. But the odor of cigarettes and mold was so strong in that room that we could not endure. We left without spending the night there and we would like our money back.

Worst stay we have ever had; bathroom door was making such a loud squeaky noise that it will wake up the entire room; room and bathroom was extremely dirty, bathroom had cockroaches. we booked for accommodation of 4 adults, room given can only accommodate 2 adults and child. I’m not sure if it was a bed or spring jumping pad ;) TV never worked. AC kept under the bed cool, but not the people over the bed.

The shower in first room was nasty and the sink had a tampon stuffed down sink. My lock on entry door stopped working and they said they will get it when they could. Next room wasn’t much better

Arrived at our room and immediately check out. We found a very strong odor of pot when we opened the door and bodily fluid stains on the “clean” bedding.

No hotel signage on main road; the hotel is right there, but the sign is for the hotel behind it which you cannot see not at night at least; so one assumes that the sign is for the hotel you can see had a room facing the street, could hear cars on road, wasn't too bad but better to stay not facing the street

The room smelt like mold and pee, badly! It was such a dirty place and made you feel dirty being in it. The area seemed super unsafe and the Lava Lounge kept us up ALLLLLL night with very loud music. Stale coffee and granola bars isn’t a “continental breakfast” will never return.

The property was in a convenient area but the motel wasnt that great. The room wasnt maintenenced. The wood floor panels were coming out, I almosy tripped. The shower floor was leaking and broken. When i first arrived there were like 6 cop cars and a bunch of people in the office. You couldnt fo inside the office because of the crowd and only one person working the front. The website said they had cribs and they didnt have any sleeping beds for children. It wasnt a great experience.

The picture showed upgraded rooms... We got a walk in shower, with crackes flooring and a shower curtain with missing rings. The bed squeaked horribly, the tv was set up with power when you in sert your key card and leave it in there. Duvet comforter looked like it needed bleaching and thorough cleaning. We could barely find the lobby, especially with the construction. Breakfast was on a single shelf with a couple packets of oatmeal, fruit cup and health bar. They do not deserve to charge more than 50 bucks
