The Getaway

The home was as beautiful and comfortable as advertised. Very spacious, well kept, clean and had something for everyone to do. The games and pool were an instant hit. The owners were very accommodating and very responsive during our entire stay. It was a pleasure sharing their beautiful home for the week!! The resort staff were also great and the club house pool/activities were also excellent.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

I'm happy to report that the property looks just as advertised. No false advertising, no lies. It was very clean and spacious. I loved the location of the home. We enjoyed the Water Park amenities. Communication with the host was superb. They always got back with me very quickly. Entering access of gate was very smooth... even for visitors & food delivery. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing we changed/enhanced... buying our own toilet paper & cleaning supplies (property provided 1-ply, cheapest toilet paper possible) there was a little black mold in the walk in showers corners and sealant areas. That we tried cleaning. There were no pot holders avaliable in the kitchen. My mom, a senior citizen, was at the house alone trying to cook while we were enjoying a Disney Park and she burned a kitchen towel, trying to use it as a pot holder to get a pan out of the oven. Needless to say, we didn't let her cook again. But I purchased a replacement towel. I also have to say there's a hole in the pool cleaning net, which made it difficult to get bugs/debris out of the pool. And would have been nice to be able to use the garage on rainy days, instead of getting wet exiting the vehicle and entering the house. We're a clean family, so we cleaned and treated the home as we would our own. Other than that IT FELT LIKE HOME AWAY FROM HOME & WE LOVED IT!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!
