Welcome to our beautiful home perfect for your Orlando vacation. We are located on the edge of a beautiful, tranquil conservation area, with a stunning private view across a lake from the south facing pool/spa area. Set close to the major routes to Orlando attractions and only 15 minutes from Disney.
There is room for everyone, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 king en-suite & 1 queen ensuite), 2 lounges, separate breakfast and dining areas, kitchen and laundry room plus a converted games room with table tennis, pool table and table football. A screened pool and spa (heated on request -see note below), south facing to make the most of the glorious sunshine. A great place to relax with plenty of seating and loungers to lie back and enjoy the sun. If it gets hot there is a covered lanai for some shade.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances you will need, supported with all the cooking and eating utensils you need when you want to eat in. There is separate a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Private, and luxuriously furnished throughout our spacious larger that average villa has all you need for a great vacation. Air conditioned, and ceiling fans in all rooms, free high speed internet and telephone calls within USA & Canada,
When you are ready to relax, your entertainment is all there, cable connected, 65inch 4K smart TV in main lounge, 32inch TV's in each of the master bedrooms and 24 in tv in both twin bedrooms.
Games area in garage with pool table with a table tennis covert option, table football and a large TV that can be used for gaming, and DVD player.
Nearby you will find shopping within 5 minutes drive: Publix, CVS/Walgreens, McDonalds (24hr), Chilis, Papa Johns, Dunkin' Dohnut, chinese take away/ delivery etc, a bank and petrol station. We have four championship golf courses within immediate vicinity, we are just 5 minutes from Interstate 4 for great Disney and major attractions access.

Fantastic property

The host was amazing and easy to work with. The property is beautiful and in good condition. It is a bit far from the parks depending on traffic (up to 75 min drive home in the evening at some points) but still worth it! Our kids had the space they needed. Layout is great. They also were able to enjoy the pool and have a bit more of a relaxing day over the busy park days. Which worked really well especially for our neurodiverse kiddo. We've already booked again for next year. Thank you!

We’ve just got home from 3 weeks staying at this villa. It was perfect. They had everything you needed and more. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Location is perfect if you want to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main towns but close enough to drive to Disney. The communication from the owner Julie was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely stay again.

Baseball Trip

We were down for a week to watch college baseball in the area. This place was perfect to unwind and gather with the family. With enough space to get some privacy for the kids. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook at home, and grocery stores are close by. The pool and spa were amazing and the south facing view kept the sun on the area all day long! We will stay here again if the baseball team comes back to the area.

Just as we hoped it to be!

The home is accurately pictured and described. Some in our group said it was bigger than they expected from the pictures. The communication throughout our booking and assistance from the hosts was exceptional as well as readily accommodating as we made a couple of booking adjustments early on. The house is easily assessible to the Disney Parks, close to a Publix for groceries as well as other places to eat. Beds were comfortable and we slept very well! Fl. was having a chilly spell our week so we used the pool and spa only minimally, but enjoyed the ability to swim some laps a few days and to enjoy some sun on the loungers outside. We were very pleased with this rental.

Fabulous!

We totally enjoyed staying at the house! We are a family of four adults, and we loved everything about the property. The hostess was very easy to work with, getting back to us within hours about any questions we had. The hot tub was wonderful on these cold Florida evenings, yes it was cold which surprised us! The view out back is so peaceful and serene. We enjoyed how clean the property was, especially the swimming pool. There was not a speck of anything in that pool! The commutes to the parks and restaurants was very easy to navigate, with several newer restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this rental as it has everything that you could possibly want!

Fantastic house in a lovely area.

We have been fortunate to visit Orlando on several occasions, but this villa has been our favourite. To begin with, the communication between us and the owner has been superb, very quick responses to any queries we had from before we booked, all the way through to when we were staying in the property. In fact, Julie was able to resolve an issue we had with the washing machine very quickly to ensure we weren't without a laundry facility to the point where a new machine was purchased and installed within 1 working day! The pool and the lake view are just as good as the pictures show and the house is incredibly spacious and well-appointed. Tip: we stayed in Oct/Nov and we arranged fkr pool heating, it was totally worth it! Without question we would stay in the villa again. Thanks Julie and Kevin!
