Situated in The Enclaves at Festival, this charming property offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home is designed to provide comfort and convenience. The first floor boasts an open and spacious living area with a kitchen island that includes seating, a dining table, and a comfortable living space. One bedroom is located on the first floor, while the remaining three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, are situated on the second floor. Additionally, there is an alcove with a desk, perfect for those who need to work from home, and a cozy second living room space with a TV and seating. A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip.
Most of our homes are pet friendly, including this one. We do not charge a pet fee. However, pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule.
Please be aware that all reservations must be made by someone over the age of 21.
Please note that check in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in. This unit was conveniently located to access shopping and Disney We enjoyed the pool and access to the workout room. The house layout was great. The only issue we had was someone had smoked heavily in the downstairs bedroom so it was not a room we had to keep closed and not use. The host was helpful with the situation

Disappointment

We booked the stay to celebrate both of our daughters’ birthday and we were disappointed with the stay. As soon as you approach the front door, the place smells extremely strong like cigarettes. Once you step inside the entire place is penetrated with cigarettes especially the carpet. The entire family had a hard time sleeping both nights. We felt uncomfortable the entire time because of the cigarette smell that seems to be permanent.
