I stayed at SpringHill recently and found the experience to be pretty average. The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked — not terrible, but definitely not spotless. The amenities were minimal and nothing particularly noteworthy. The furniture was one of the bigger letdowns, as it felt quite dated and worn, which took away from the comfort of the space. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent and a nice start to the day. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay if you just need the basics.

The hotel shows its age but the kids enjoyed the pool area. Staff were polite. Breakfast was 6/10, same things everyday, no real variety. AC worked in room, but room was dated, pull out sofa had large stains on the mattress. Other beds were comfortable. Overall, ok stay, but likely not to return.

This property had 3 pools, 3 water slides, zip line, jumping trampoline. It was perfect for those with kids. Easy commute to Disney too. Great product for the price.

Review your of our stay

The Housekeeper never cleaned our room, and we don’t know if she cleaned the bathroom either — we only know she changed the towels every day we were at the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was okay, but it smelled a bit strange. The breakfast was terrible, and it was the same food every day. The hotel facilities were somewhat neglected.
