The room was clean HOWEVER there was NO hot water in the shower, so we had to take COLD showers before heading out for New Years Eve. We had 3 other couples staying at your hotel and the following morning, one of the couples said they had NO hot water when they tried to take a shower on the morning of 1/1. Extremely frustrating. I am not one to complain, but we paid very good money to stay at your hotel and to not have any hot water is completely unacceptable.

The hotel was clean all in all and smells good, however although we asked for housekeeping everyday they came only once and they took the towels and soap and never brought new one. 2 out of our 3 days stay we didn't have hot water, ( our friend's toilets were plagued and they told him servis will come only at 8 am). Breakfast was ok, and the ladies were very nice. The location is good. This was our second year in this hotel - we not go back.

Even though I was there for one night, I’ll definitely be coming back! Had amazing people working during the season and still have a wonderful attitude. Hotel was very clean and rooms are very roomy. Extra points including yummy breakfast!

They cooked the same breakfast the entire we were there. Limited variety for the cereal. Our toilet was clogged and needed to be unclogged. I called the front office and they said someone will be over to take care of it and nobody showed up until I called them again the second time. This took almost the whole day. Also when I booked the hotel, it said the parking was free and then when we got to the hotel the person at the front desk who was not friendly at all said that I had to pay for parking or my car would be towed.
