This beautiful two story, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is thoughtfully furnished and highly accommodating. There is a formal sitting area, formal dining area & a breakfast nook. The living room is open with a view of the kitchen. The combination of these multiple gathering areas offers a great deal of space for the whole crew to commune for family time while not having to fight over the comfiest seat! There's room for all, with as much (or as little) togetherness as you see fit.

You'll fall in love with the bedrooms - comfy, spacious, and ready to welcome larger families of all ages! Multiple master bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a garden tub and separate shower - one King bedroom and two Queen bedrooms, TV and a nice size walk-in closet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have twin beds and TVs.

This home has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with full-size dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker, stove/oven, microwave oven, and waste disposal unit - and all crockery and cutlery are included. The breakfast nook is ideal for informal dining while the formal dining room is a perfect choice for a family style, sit down dinner.

From multiple access points, you can step out onto your large pool deck and enjoy a day of sun. The south-facing pool overlooks a conservation area where your privacy is protected, and your sunshine is maximized! The patio furniture allows you to enjoy a beautiful Florida sunset or a wonderful alfresco dining experience. What better way to relax and enjoy your time in Florida? Add a carafe of orange juice, and you're practically living in a postcard!

Additionally, per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool with spa is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool and spa heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool and spa heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to Love Rentals there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Please Note: Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each Love Rentals booking includes Love Rentals, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Love Rentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
