Important Information from Shine Villas
Selfie ID Verification Required – Guests must provide a selfie with their ID, confirm the names and ages of all adults, verify their payment method (if applicable), and sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking or before arrival, whichever is sooner.

Primary booker must be 25 years or older. We do not accommodate groups primarily under 25 years old or local guests within 25 miles. This policy supports our commitment to a peaceful, no-party community.

Pool Heat and Spa Use – Pool heating is $35 plus tax per day with a 5-night minimum ($175 plus tax). Spa heat is only available when pool heating is added.

Pool heat should be requested at least 48 hours before arrival and paid for the entire stay once activated.
If booked closer to arrival, an additional charge may be required to send a technician to activate the heating.
BBQ Grill Rental – Available for an additional fee. Includes a new propane tank for guest use. Personal grills (charcoal or propane) are not allowed.

Quiet Hours – Enforced after 9 PM. No parties, events, or unregistered guests are permitted.

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.
