This beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom, pool home is located on the very popular Solterra Resort and conveniently located within walking to the main resort facilities. The first floor showcases a formal living room/formal dining room, a large kitchen with granite countertops and eating space which overlooks the family room and the patio/ pool area where you will find a grill and patio furniture to fully enjoy the al fresco Florida lifestyle. One master bedroom is located on the first floor along with a powder room and inside laundry room. Avengers fans will feel right at home in the private game room where you will find a pool table, air hockey, and two TVs ready to be hooked up to your favorite gaming consoles. Upstairs you have a large loft area with flat screen TV where you can just take time to chill out and relax away from it all. There are a further 5 bedrooms upstairs including another king master ensuite, queen bedroom and three newly renovated Disney themed bedrooms, Frozen/Pirates/Mickey Mouse. Outside you have a screened in patio and pool, perfect for entertaining and al fresco dining. There are Smart TVs in the living room, loft, and every bedroom, offering flexible home entertainment for family movie nights or solo streaming. Resort living and prime convenience abound at this Solterra Resort retreat. The rooms were clean, asked to have the pool heated, they never came it was to cold to use. some of the lights in the house did not work , carpet and couch stains, broken chair, oven door handle was loose, broken laundry basket, broken broom, sink faucet was spraying all over, they knew we were 10 people only 5 pool towels. supposed 24/7 contact, some times took a day to hear back, kept saying will be there but never came.

House was big enough for 8 adults and 8 kids. Nice neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped. We had to buy extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap. We paid for heated pool but only one day was warm enough to get in (we had two rest days). Communication with host was good. Answered all of my questions and concerns quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

House location was perfect for visiting the parks. The house was nice but needs a few things fixed and updated. Broken sectional couch in living room and a couple of bedroom doors. Pirate room bedding is very worn, carpet going up stairs is very dirty and stained. I was most disappointed by the 1 garbage bag, tiniest soaps, and 1 dishwasher packet left for such a large house that can sleep so many guests, I felt it was a bit cheap.Again, large house with a pool, yet two very old pool towels provided. No hand towels or face cloths in any of the 4 bathrooms. Office responded quickly to bringing both hand towels and face cloths when we called.Overall, beautiful area and nice home, just needs some attention to details that matter to guests when traveling.

It was very nice, the host is very good at responding to emails quickly and very nice. It was fairly close to everything. We didn't get to use the club house they closed due to weather. There was a lot to do in the area, like shopping etc..

Overall was a great stay. The one drawback was at check in. It was very congested with heavy traffic trying to get into the property. I would recommend a staggard check in process or better traffic control. Also, I would rather be charged for the club house instead of waiting in another line.

Great house but room for improvement

Villa was perfect size, with fantastic pool, super games room and great location. Things to be rectified are better kitchen utensils, along with instruction manual for cooker. A welcome pack for the house would have been helpful and the 3rd adult bedroom only has a double bed not a king as advertised. However we would recommend this property as it is on a lovely resort within a safe location. Themed bedrooms were fab and a real hit with the children.

Great hosts and beautiful house

My family and I stayed here for a week. We drove all the way from Maine and were so happy to arrive to such comfortable beds. Our kids loved the pool and honestly we could have spent our whole time at the house and skipped all parks. Our kids wouldn’t have cared because they had so much fun right at the house. I will keep my eyes open for this house when I go to book my next trip 💕
