It’s a hidden gem! It’s beautiful so convenient to Disney shopping and dining! We love it there, super clean and very friendly staff ! The security people at the gate are the sweetest people ever.

We liked the pool area, clubhouse, and tiki bar. The combination of the 3 were perfect in spending a lazy day by the pool! We didn't need to leave, everything was there, food, drinks, bathrooms... nice

First of all hotels.com screwed up our reservations we never got through the gate then they had to rebook us at a different place had a little problem getting in there but finally did found this to be very disappointing really wish we got to stay at seven dwarfs

I booked a 4 BR 3BA unit for the family and paid in advance. I received a call about 3 days prior to arrival to tell me they could not accommodate my request so I called the agent I booked the property through. About an hour later SEVEN DWARFS called me back to say they’d had a cancellation and could now accommodate me. When we arrived to check in the unit was now a 3BR 2BA unit which would have been less money and could not accommodate us. They offered us a mattress for the floor but that was it. I found that they knew all along that they couldn’t accommodate us but didn’t want to have to pay any fees should Expedia findus another place to stay. We were on the phone with Expedia for another 3 hours to get another place to stay which was now 2 rooms and not the family all together even on the same floor. We should have n=been checking in at 5 pm and ended up not getting to our place of stay until 11pm.

Needs upgrade in sheets, found a pillow case put on bed with ugly stain, shower curtain with midue stain . Old. Also roches in bath. Living room, varis in kitchen on gabinet top . IN GENERAL THE HOUSE NEEDS BETTER CLEANING
