Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Close to World-Famous Golf Courses and loads of shopping. Walmart is only 5 minutes away ...We are close to Hospitals and Medical Facilities as well.

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
This five-bedroom home accommodates up to 14 guests and includes two master suites. The main master suite on the first floor features a king bed and direct access to the pool area through sliding glass doors, along with a walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with a soaking tub, rain shower, and bidet. The second master suite upstairs also includes a king bed. Additional bedrooms include a Mickey-themed twin room, a beach-themed room with two queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV and ceiling fan.

Living spaces
The central living area connects the kitchen, dining space, and family room into one open setting. The family room features a sectional sofa with a queen pull-out bed and a 65 inch HDTV, making it a comfortable spot for group gatherings. A dedicated workspace with wifi and an ethernet connection is available in a separate room with a door for focused work when needed.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with a large island, GE stainless steel electric stove, single oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A dining table nearby offers space for shared meals and easy flow into the living area.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private screened pool and spa, available year-round. The outdoor area includes seating, umbrellas, and a private BBQ grill, making it easy to enjoy time together outdoors. A half bathroom is conveniently located with direct access from the pool deck.
