Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Upon our arrival, not only did we have no hot water, there was very little water pressure coming out of the bathroom showers and tubs. My family and I, which consisted of 4 children 7 and under, were not able to bathe in the bathrooms, we had to bath them outside in the pool. We reached out the the property and they could not send someone until the next morning. The next day, while we were not at the property, the issue was not resolved until the early evening.
