The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older

Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.

We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. The Owner does not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.

This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced twice a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.

Although the host was responsive, matters were not resolved. The motorcycle arcade games… one was working and the other was not, when we arrived. but they did send a technician to fix however he messed up both and neither was functional when left and did not bother the host afterwards. It was offered that memberships were included in the listing, make sure the hosts notifies Reunion of your visit upon your arrival otherwise it is a no go for your guests for the amenities such as golf, putt putt, water park, etc.

Not the Luxury We Were Expecting

We experienced quite a number of problems with this rental during our stay. 1) the internet wasn't working for the first 4 days of our stay, and a company had to come out a replace the router which had burned out because it is kept in too hot of a location 2) the pool table felt has a large rip in it 3) we found a fishing hook in one of the pool towels the owner provides 4) we found another fish hook laying around in the pool area 5) the large trellis/overhang in the pool area has significant wood rot and looks like it will be breaking soon 6) the arcade games are in various states of disrepair 6a) the basketball game doesn't work as the sensors are not registering any baskets going into the net 6b) the skeeball game is missing screws in the cage and is coming loose, along with a lighting strip in the alley 6c) one of the motorcycles was in need of recalibration and the other machine would freeze up daily, where we had to reset the computer inside 7) the ceilings started to leak from rain during our last days 8) the master bath shower door doesn't close properly 9) the house could really use a deep-cleaning (drip stains on kitchen cabinets, gunk build-up on shower door, dirty spots on the bottom of toilets, rusty shower heads) 10) the owner provided us no help in getting a gate keycard or access to any of the on-site amenities (which we were left to figure out on our own) I have pictures to document all of this, but we don't have the ability to upload them in this review.

Little Oasis

This property was great! It was in an incredible location that had access to a cool waterpark, restaurants, and community pool. The games in the house were so fun and sparked some great competition! Definitely remember to pick up some extra toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels if you are staying longer than a weekend with a fuller house! Fantastic communication with property owner! Easy to get to! It was clean but there could be some more attention to details here and there where the property is aging but nothing to steer you away from this wonderful home! We will be back!

Almost great house

We enjoyed our overall stay, but I feel as though the attentiveness to the property was lacking. Upon arrival, the pool heater was not working, the hot water to one of the sinks in the master was turned off below the sink (because it wouldn’t shut off all the way at the faucet), and there was no way to light the grill that we planned on using that night. We appreciated that the house was clean and the minimum amount of basics was supplied to get us by for a couple of days (toilet paper, hotel style bar soap, etc). The home interior was nice, but has a couple quirks (one I can think of is no closet in the main floor master and no place to hang your towels in the master bathroom. The setting is beautiful and the neighborhood peaceful (although we did collect 9 golf balls from the backyard yard pool area during our 1 week stay).

Nicely updated high end rental

A small group of us stayed here for my daughters softball tournament. Much of the home has recently been updated and was done tastefully. The game room was great and so was the pool area. HOT TUB awesome. The pool table is older and needs some help, bit otherwise a great place.
