The Space:

The nearby community buzzes with a pool that features a playful slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant‑bar and an ice‑cream shop, all within a secure gated setting.



**Sleeping arrangements**

The master bedroom on the lower level offers a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom, giving you a private retreat. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 is a fun bunk‑bed configuration with a twin over a full plus a trundle, ideal for kids or extra guests. Bedroom 3 provides another king‑size bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full‑size bathroom, and a third full bathroom serves the home, ensuring everyone has space and convenience.



**Kitchen & dining**

A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and a coffee and tea station lets you prepare anything from quick snacks to family meals. **Additional details**

A free washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. A resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to ten wrist bands and is mandatory whether amenities are used or not. The community’s clubhouse and amenity center are available to all guests, enhancing your stay with a range of activities and services.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.



IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
