Do not stay here terrible service we moved rooms three times first they provided a room with lots of mold on the sheets ceiling and smelled bad. At that point I thought I would sleep in my van rather then sleeping there. They moved us to another room and air conditioner didn’t work then they moved us to another room and card system didn’t work leak in ceiling as well. After 5 days they only cleaned room once. Also did not provide toilet paper or clean towels. Do not stay here!,,

Synes det var helt greit etter prisen vi betalte. Litt slurvete med vasking av rommene, måtte spør om rent sengegøy. Folkene i resturangen var veldig koselige.og samme med di fleste i resepsjonen. Kunne gjerne bodd der igjen 😊

The property is located central which is very good but the room is deverstating it appears to me that it needs fumigating because when you sleep and get up in the morning your whole body keeps itching with bumps it appears that the bed sheets are not changed

Excelente hotel por la relación precio-calidad. Aunque hay que destacar que existían algunas manchas en la alfombra y un poco de olor a humedad. Lo inaceptable es que no funcionaba WiFi en las habitaciones y en la recepción no era buena la conexión.

Not worth the price

The hotel is generally run down and desperate for an update. Both the lobby and room areas have older carpeting, cracked and peeling paint, moldy bathroom walls, cracked bathroom counters, and older linens. The doors are by key card, but during our stay the machine was broken for access to ALL rooms. Security had to let us into the room every time we needed to open the door. They came quickly, but it was such an inconvenience. Wouldn't stay here again unless the property is updated.

First impression was front desk screaming at a customer over the phone because the deposit was not refunded, so i hope mine is return which as of today nothing.Employees gave me hard time for pool towels, made me walk back and forward and no one new where towels went, even when i went to laundry they said there in the front so I gave up, room was 2 twin beds when I had reserve for a 2 queen duplex, very uncomfortable bed and had to sleep separated from each other specially when my man is 323 pounds. Elevator not working had to use the stairs, pool was a freezing water the hot jacuzzi did not work. Very bad experience for a weekend get away with fiancé. Been there before and it was good service, such a shame a year after is awful. Every single customer ran into complaining down the hall ways.

Not worth it

Room was gross and staff didn’t seem to care. Waited 40 minutes to check in, only one person at the desk. Stained sheets, dirty bathroom, dust all over door, etc see pictures. Will never stay again.

They were pretty firm on the 4pm check in and the front desk employee that I spoke to at 3:00 was fairly curt with me. When I did check in at 4, however, they were much nicer. The room was clean, but the bathroom, especially the tub/shower area looked like someone started to repair it and stopped halfway through. The elevator also looked like a service elevator that was in disrepair.

Apos 2h da reserva ao chegar no hotel ainda esperei por mais 1h pq eles nao achavam a reserva e dizia que o expedia nao havia mandado. Quando eu falei que nao sairia ate acharem, milagrosamente apareceu. A porta do quarto nao abria com cartao e toda vez que eu precisei sair do hotel precisava parar na recepcao e avisar que queria ir para um quarto um funcionário ia la abrir. O calcao nao foi devolvido ate agora 5 dias apos o checkout. Ja passei um email para o hotel e nao tive retorno. O atendimento pessimo, quarto pessimo. Totalmente diferente dos ramadas tb na região. Nao volto e nao indico

Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Bei der ersten Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde uns für die nächsten Tage voll Service zu gesichert. Dieses ist nicht geschehen am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer überhaupt nicht sauber gemacht. Am nächsten Tag waren zumindest die Betten gemacht es befand sich allerdings nur noch ein Handtuch im Badezimmer. Die beanstandete Bettwäsche wurde an keinem der Tage gewechselt.

Terrible hotel

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The sheets were stained the ceiling was black, the rooms wasnt the same as shown in the pics. Never could get ahold of anyone, and when you did, they never showed up with what you wanted. I left after the first night, and will never go back there again.
