Great Location for Disney, but Disappointments

Location was ideal for Disney, shopping, & restaurants. However, the neighborhood is not well kept, the garbage bags on all the homes front lawns every day was gross, & the outdoor amenities/clubhouses that seem enticing are run down and not nearly big enough for the hundreds of homes sharing them. The gym was a joke and the pool and water slide area were overcrowded and run down. The home was a great layout for sleeping 17 people, but the kitchen was scantily stocked, it enough towels or towel racks and they charge you extra to have the pool/hot tub heated and to use the BBQ! My nephew leaned on a tv cabinet that was hung on the wall and it fell off on his foot. You could see from the back, it had fallen and had holes red rolled several times into the particle board. Overall, the home was a great value for sleeping a large group, but not as high class as the pictures make it seem.
