The house has 01 room available for HomeAway guest exclusively. My son ( 10 years old) and I live in there on the second floor.

My home is located a fantastic location. Champions Gate offers Residents/Guests access to resort-style amenities including Sports Courts, Fitness Center, Aerobics Studio, Playground, Pool and Splash Park to relax.

25 minutes from my house to: Magic Kingdom Park, Animal Kingdom Park, Disney Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios, Disney Springs,Clearwater Beach: 1 hr ½

The condo is new, so everything is in excellent condition and clean!! The Private Bedroom is Beautifully with Queen Size bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, Closet, Private bathroom inside the room. Every room has a digital lock. I provide everything necessary for the guest's stay to be pleasant and comfortable. Common living room with TV and sofa exclusive for the guests.
