You will be staying in a home belonging to someone else. We ask that you abide by the following rules and respect our neighbors. If you are looking for a Party House, then this house IS NOT for you. The maximum number of guests allowed in 15 (fifteen). Visitors must inquire with owners.

We love our fur babies however this property does NOT allow any pets.

Now for the fun stuff. After 5 months of full renovations and decorating, we present to you our premier home. This 3,629 SF home has 6 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms giving everyone plenty of room to get ready, is located in Solterra Resort. This beautifully decorated vacation home is sure to please everyone. The kitchen is ideally fitted with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The dining room table and breakfast bar seats everyone perfectly to enjoy delicious meals together.

A magical Disney themed home flows throughout each room. From Lightning McQueen (2 twin race car beds with sounds) to Lilo and Stitch swing bed (anchored queen size bed) on the main floor flowing out into the Florida Keys at the main living area which this home will knock your socks off. Enjoy watching a movie in the Batman theater room or head over to the Star Wars game room with a full size billiards table, video tabletop arcade, karaoke sound system, race car arcade machine along with Xbox Series S & PlayStation 5 gaming system too!

Mickey welcomes you upstairs to see what each room will unfold for the family. Check out the Beauty & the Beast Owner's Suite (King size bed) and see where Gaston is hanging out. The magical experience doesn't stop yet. Meet Tinkerbell (Queen size bed) and all her friends in the twinkling forest. Look up into the sky - fiber optic lights in the ceiling to see the stars shining at night. Find your way through Captain Hook and see Peter Pan and his friends too flowing through the attached bathroom.

Now spin the vault and open to the wacky world of the little yellow guys. The Minions are always up to silly things in the warehouse. Built in 4 (Full size) bunkbeds for the kids to join the fun. But if they are needing to head to the beach, walk right over and see them play in the bathroom.

We keep the living area calm for the adults to gather together and play some board games or just wind down on the sectional and watch some TV before calling it a night. But what is a Disney like without the Avengers Hero? Captain America and his friends invites you into their en-suite. 2 (twin size beds) & its own bathroom too!

Almost every room all has a Samsung Smart TV for you to watch Netflix or Disney+ but why spend your vacation in a room when you can head out back and see what Alvin, Simon & Theodore are up to. Hop into the heated pool (charges will apply) and lounge around outside. Soak in the sun and make this vacation a magical one for the family!

Solterra Resort is a guarded gated community with a Lazy River, Splash Pool, Hot tub, club house, fitness center and tennis courts.

Look no further! Just book it. We booked this home and when I tell you pictures do not do it justice I am not lying. The home was spotless and so well thought out. Home is in a safe and clean community. The Host was super responsive and helpful. I will be back for sure.

The house is amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. Attention was paid to every detail down to jewels on the wall. Excellent for families with small kids (stroller, highchair, baby bed) all included. This was a trip where we did not go to Disney but my kids did not even think about it, there was so much fun and entertainment just in the house. Every amenity was provided (laundry detergent, dryer sheets), 2 silverware sets, beach towel for the pool. We did not use the club area because it was cold outside but it looks like it will be alot of fun in warmer months. Our host was available for any questions quickly. The check in and check out process was seamless. The neighborhood felt very safe.

This house is the most perfect place to stay in while visiting Orlando! Close to anything you need and the parks, but what’s more important is that you will love the house! Stacy is an incredible host and has poured so much love in to making the house something out of a dream. There is everything you need from laundry detergent, to all the kitchen appliances you could imagine, to entertainment with board games a pool table, karaoke, video games, and more! She is super responsive and the property management team is quick to act and so friendly. I can’t recommend this place more and will 100% stay here again when in town! You will not believe the level of detail that has gone in to decorating this place! Hand art on every single wall. It’s truly fascinating!!

We arrived super late at night, but getting into the house was a breeze. The kids, including myself, were in awe of every room we walked into. 99% of the murals are hand-painted, the layout was very well thought of down to the very smallest details. We wanted to find a location to be able to hang out if the community pool/waterslide was too crowded and this location fit the bill. The homeowner & property manager made sure that we were well taken care of and assisted us with all our needs. I could not have asked for a better way to spend our family vacation. We would definitely be coming back!!

Beautiful and unique home for your family!!!

We went on a last min Disney trip for New Years and wanted to stay at a unique place with a heated pool. This house turned out to be even more than we were expecting! Stocked kitchen with spices, snacks at the entrance, awesome game room, art and creative decorations everywhere… and smart TVs in practically every room. There is a massive water park resort literally in the complex with a Lazy River and bar too. The location, gated community, house, and host were all incredible and we will definitely be back in the future. Couple of cons: There was no grill, and while the pool got warm it never got hot, and lastly there are pool door alarm buttons for safety that we got used to(press button before opening slider) but were a little annoying at first. All that said, the host was incredibly responsive and house one of those places that your kids will remember forever even more than Disney! WOW!!
