• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

We received an arrival email with instructions but it was missing a lot of information. The house was located in a gated community. We had to check in with security upon arrival and they gave us a pass for the car so we could get in/out with no issues. There was no office to check into so we could just go straight to the house when it was time. The neighborhood has a nice pool for our little ones. We hung out at the pool when we arrived while we waited for the house to be ready. The house was ready promptly at 4 PM. The house itself is large but has had some wear and tear the made it feel dingy. We noticed quite a few things were broken (door handle, drawer in kitchen, toilet paper holder, dresser pull) but nothing that impacted our stay. It was a bit dirty, my daughter’s toy slid under the couch and when I got down to get it I saw a used ice cream stick under the couch. And we hadn’t had any ice cream. It was great having a pool for our kids. We used the pool heat but probably didn’t need it. We never received any departure instructions so I’m not sure what the expectations were upon leaving. We set the trash outside (there are no trash cans) and overall cleaned up. Overall, our stay was pleasant, the house could just use some updates and a good deep clean.

I called the emergency number 3 times after we spotted mice in the house several times to no avail!!! Can you imagine 6 people in the house all screaming and running away from mice???? It was god awful!!!

Family Disney Trip

The home is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect size for our family trip! The location was excellent, close to all the parks. When the dryer went out during our stay we were afraid they wouldn’t be able to fix it while we were there with it being a holiday. They fixed it right away! The only negative we might have would be that the shower floor is really slippery and there is nothing to hold on to. It is big and beautiful, but we were a bit insecure.

Good location but...

So let me start off by saying the house is in a wonderful community, and itself is in general nice. But there are a few things that I do have to note/ warn others about before they get there: 1. There were not enough towels in the house for the amount of people on the reservation. So we had to go out and buy more towels to use while there. There were also no wash cloths or dish towels. 2. The dining table chairs, some of them are very wobbly and unstable so we just didn't use them much if at all because we felt them to be unsafe. 3. Some random man came into the closed in back porch where the pool was one day while one of our adults and 5 children were in the pool and he said he was a pool guy and had to take pictures. So he started to do so while our kids were in the pool, and would not show us identification. 4. Just make sure to take your own cleaning supplies becausee there are no cleaning supplies at all, and you are given one trash bag. Over all it is a good rental, it is just the few things that made it very inconvenient, like not having enough towels per people, and what not! more

Great House But the Emergency Maintenance Issue Needs to be Addressed

The house was great, very spacious and very clean. Two reasons I'm giving only four stars, they are as follows. This property does not provide wash clothes, so plan accordingly. I don't know what they expect you to wash your face with but we made do. The other issue is I had to make an emergency maintenance call one night due to my concern that the pool water was getting very low (got below the first step and the pool jet was exposed, despite my efforts to add water for 4.5 hours the night before). I was transferred to a vmail mailbox and then was told the mailbox was full and could not leave a message. If I had had a personal emergency, i.e., locked out of the house, toilet overflowing, no water, etc, I'm not sure what or who I would have called. When I tried to address this with the property rep the next morning, they provided no response and didn't seem bothered that their emergency maintenance mailbox was full. All in all we had a great time and the house is very nice.

Great stay in Orlando!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was just as advertised and was very clean. The pool was delightful, beds were comfortable and the kitchen amazing. The distance to Disney was great. Would highly recommend staying here.

Clean & room for many

This property was very clean and had plenty of room for a large group of any ages. We did not get to use the amentities due to timing and weather. We loved the bathrooms and bedrooms and shared spaces. We did have a cold pool/spa upon arrival that was fixed by management (we paid for this ahead of time). The pool table was not used by us and we did note that the pool sticks were all not in working order. The house is missing some essentials that were mostly outlined in the e-mail, however some other helpful things to know are- kitchen towels, extra blankets/throws, dishwasher detergent, wash cloths. Overall we were all very happy with this property!

Weekend getaway

Surprise trip to Disney do my wife’s birthday. The house was in a great location, 15-20 min from the Disney parks. The resort looked wonderful, wish we had time to explore it. House was perfect for us, lots of space. Would definitely recommend this for large families.

Home location was about 25 minutes to Disney property. Pool heater was excellent and door alarm/ safety screen a plus for 2, 3, 4 and 6 year Olds. Lack of any way for youngsters to reach sinks and lack of cooking/bake ware a vegative. Home size and layout perfect.

Great stay- family friendly villa and resort

The resort was lovely, well located about 12miles from Disney. The community facilities were great - bar, restaurant, communal pools, gym and shop available. The villa was a perfect size for 9 of us - 4 adults and 5 children. We paid for pool heating which was worth it as the kids weren’t cold once. The beds were really comfy, every room had a TV and it was furnished to a high standard. The villa lacks some amenities, mainly to the kitchen - lack of chopping boards, serving bowls, bakeware, roasting or baking trays. We also lacked towels upon arrival, no where near enough, also no floor towels. I quickly reported this and we did have new towels within 3 hours, along with an iron, teaspoons and oven gloves (also lacking). The cleanliness was 'good' but not great, for example none of the skirting boards had been cleaned, the insides of all of the drawers (for clothes) had never been cleaned out, under and behind beds had not been cleaned (I found a pair of socks, rubbish and crisp packets behind more than one bed. The level and detail of cleaning therefore needs to be addressed by the management company, there are also several maintenance issues regarding light bulbs, toilet roll holders falling off etc. Overall I would recommend the villa though!

Nice house but details lacking

There were a few issues during our week stay, including a smoke detector chirping the night we arrived (this was fixed), and the sliding glass door to the pool getting off track half way through the week and never fixed. The kitchen has plenty of plates/cups/utinsils, but cooking supplies are limited (small pot & pan set, no mixing bowls, no scissors, no cookie sheets, etc). Also worth noting that the living room tv is very small for the space. The house layout, location, and pool were all a good fit for us though.

Terms & Conditions Not Honored

We were highly disappointed in the management of this property as they did not honor their own terms and conditions provided in my contract signed or upon arrival instructions. One of our main reasons for picking this property was the private pool so that our kids may enjoy this on our rest days in between parks. When booking I did not choose to have the pool heated as I saw it could be added prior to arrival or “during” stay. On Sunday before check in we decided the weather in Florida was still chili and to have the pool heated for one day (rest day upcoming) called the number provided in arrival instructions which instructed us they were closed and an email was provided for us to send our request. I emailed the email provided come Monday no response so I emailed again while we were out at the parks no response. When I came home from the park on Tuesday I decided to call since no one had responded. I was informed then that we would have to pay for “5” days to have the pool heated! NO WHERE in my contract nor arrival instructions is this listed and the employee admitted this is not listed and refused to honor their own terms and conditions provided. It states pool heat can be added for $35 a day and if I have already checked in a $25 fee would be added to turn pool heat on. I explained this was not in their terms and conditions and was told this was the rules. We refused to pay what they were asking especially since we had already been there 3 days with no response to our emails. Therefor we did not use the pool at all which was disappointing to my children. In addition to this issue I made it known to management that upon our arrival at 6:00 pm (check in was for 4:00) we walked into the house and my two year old slipped in a “puddle” of standing water in the kitchen face planted on tile. It appeared someone had literally just mopped and left no sign to warning sign how slippery the floor was! I was highly upset as my daughter could have seriously been hurt. Nothing but excuses were made for this when I made management aware. I was told they just cleaned due to a late checkout. Well if we were on time for 4:00 pm the property would not have been cleaned as many puddles were around on the first floor which indicated this was just done -that I had to clean up to keep anyone else from falling. Laundry from the previous renters was also left in the dryer. For myself personally I will never rent anything again from Executive Villas.

Very nice house and resort!

We loved this property it was very clean and beautiful! Very spacious for a family of eight! The security for this resort was also very prompt at the gates! We had no issues at all! We will have no problem recommending this house and resort to a friend. However, I would recommend having a larger TV in the main living room but otherwise very nice! Thank you to the property management team and cleaning team that made our stay comfortable and hassle less!

Family time with lots of space

Perfect for family teens everyone has space. Only issue was overcharged on payment .system will not release arrival information key password until I overpaid even though I paid in full. The next day it said I owed .50 so went paid the.50 but it only takes amount in dollars. Also, didn't know I had to pay $25 a day for heated hot tub and pool er day would have nice to know before booking. They also don't pick up there phones or return phone calls or emails. Very frustrating when you questions before check in. But overall very comfortable and clean, a very close to Disney parks 20 minutes ...
