• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Nice house and location but filthy

Nice house and location. But house cleaning service is lacking to say the least. Trash was left all throughout house. We kept smelling an awful smell…found a bag of dirty diapers under bathroom cabinet. Trash and beer bottles left outside patio area. No toilet paper in the house. Wet laundry/ sheets left in washing machine. Not much for pots and pans…we had to go buy a baking sheet Contacted management company twice. After second email, they responded sometimes things get missed. My wife spent almost 2 house cleaning the house. Size of the house was perfect. And it’s a nice house. 30 min drive to Disney. Tons of restaurants and grocery stores close by. Gated safe neighborhood

Everything went wrong! No sheets!! No enough towels. They send me everything the last two days of my stay. And when they send me the sheets were brand new, they not even have the professionalism to wash them! We call every single day several times a day. Not even a compensation were issued for all days without sheets and towels. Kitchen no fully equipped. And they changed my rate for heating the pool when in the description were $25 a day, I paid 35. The air hockey was broken, the pool table we have missing balls. No wifi for two days!! They changed phone and cable companies so the the house was not ready for us. All the remote controls for the tvs were all mixed. No a happy stay.

Overall review

The house was amazing overall. The floors were beautiful, the rooms were spacious. The pool was the highlight of the trip for sure. The only off notes were: The kitchen should probably have more utensils (there's like 5 spoons in a 5 bedroom house) and things for cooking. The couch leg was broken when we got there and the pool bathroom toilet kept breaking. (But there's like 4 other bathrooms so not a big deal). Just be aware for the future. The communication between the office and the people at the gate was pretty bad. I had to call 3 times to put my sister's car on the list. Our parking pass expired 2 days before our check out so we had to wait in line. (Small stuff that could've been avoided) Everyone at the office was friendly and professional. Everyone at the gate always smiled. So thank you for a great trip!

Disappointing

House needs new carpet. Super dirty and coming up in the hall and master bath. Kitchen poorly stocked with knives, bowls, dish towels. TV's don't work upstairs. Only one towel in master bedroom for showering. Really not a good situation at all. Very disappointing for us.

Poor cleanliness and communication

The house was not clean. We couldn’t use the screen door because it was broke. The kitchen was barely equipped it literally had the bare minimum to consider it a fully equipped kitchen is a joke. I reached out about the cleanliness and the screen and no one ever got back to me on any of it. I called about the alarm going off when you use the easy access door for the restroom off the pool deck and I was told well yeah it’s a safety thing and it can’t be fixed. I have never had these issues and we have stayed in this community several times. We are very disappointed with how this stay was. I can’t believe that no one even reached back out to use after we sent pictures and talked with someone about the house. We weren’t even extended an apology or a partial refund for the facilities dirtiness. We were also moved to two different house from the original house we booked which was a major pain getting anyone to answer me on what the new place looked like. When traveling with children we like to book houses based on what they offer and 4341 Acorn Court Davenport definitely didn’t have what we prefer.

The house need work walls needed painted , wood work was black with dust. house size was great . Kitchen we only had one teaspoon, no pot holders , no frying pans , large bowls. ever other places we have rented always had well stocked kitchen supplies. The first day we got there the rear king bed room the toilet handle was broken couldn't call till Monday , we couldn't reach anyone email the management on Monday, sent someone out on Wednesday they came out and said it needed a new handle, on would order one and left, You had to take the lid off to flush the toilet. There was no tv in middle king room someone had taken it out. None of the tv remotes had batteries in them, The wash machine quite working on Thursday called again Thursday at 9A.M. waited over half hour then told to leave a message .

Large vacation house with a nice pool.

We booked this house for spring break for my daughter and another family so we had a party of 9. The house is large with plenty of bathrooms and space. The outdoor area is very nice with a pool, tables, chairs and hot tub. When we arrived there was zero toilet paper, garbage bags or even a salt shaker so beware. We did have an scary incident when a 3rd party walked into the house unannounced to retrieve some rental chairs from the previous guest. My daughter was alone with doors locked but they had the code to enter. She locked herself into a room and called me frightened. We should have been made aware of this prior too them coming. The property Manager then changed to code after to prevent this again. The towels were washed but still had hair on them. The internet went out the last two days and we could not watch TV or access the Wi-Fi. Thankfully we were out most of those days at Disney. Overall we had a pleasant stay and the Kids had fun.

Fantastic get away.

What a relaxing environment for a family get away! Beautifully decorated, easy check in, very clean and neat. Excellent environment for the adults to be able to continue working remotely while kids could play and swim. Very minor observations: one of the kitchen chairs was missing and another had a weak back support but because we were a party of four it was not a problem. Also, the pool table was short a ball and cue but we had much fun despite!!!!! So delightful!!!
