• Orlando International Airport (MCO) – 35–45 minutes

• ChampionsGate – 10 minutes

• Golf courses – 5–15 minutes



Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area, making it easy to visit theme parks, restaurants, and attractions without driving.

• Pool heat is available for an additional fee of **$50 per day**. If you'd like to add pool heat to your stay, please request it at least **24 hours before arrival** so we can have it ready for your check-in.



• Due to our busy booking calendar and high occupancy, **early check-in and late check-out are typically not available**. However, if scheduling permits, we may be able to accommodate these requests for an additional **$75 fee**. Please inquire in advance for availability.



• While the neighborhood is generally peaceful and family-friendly, you may occasionally hear fireworks from nearby theme parks, including Disney, as well as normal road noise from surrounding areas.



• Parking is limited to **2 vehicles in the driveway**. Please do not park on the grass at any time.



• **Overnight street parking is not permitted** by the community and vehicles parked on the street overnight may be subject to towing or community enforcement.



• This is a family-friendly home located in a quiet residential community. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.



• For safety, children should always be supervised around the pool, game room, and bunk beds.



• The home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each guest's arrival to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



• We recommend having a vehicle during your stay for the easiest access to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, shopping, dining, golf courses, and other Central Florida attractions.



• Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival, allowing for a smooth and convenient arrival experience.
