You probably already know about Disney, which just happens to be on the doorstep, so what about the villa......?

This is the "Perfect Luxury Home" for all the family and is well suited for small or large families. A 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa with private pool and unique upgrades. It is fully air conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans in all rooms . The downstairs master suite has a king size bed, television and en suite facilites that leads to the outside pool area.

There is also another master on the first floor with an en suite that includes a tub for the nights you get home from the parks and want to relax, a queen room with en suite, twin room, family bathroom and a custom designed bunk room that the kids will love.

On days you want to stay home and relax check out the fully air conditioned games room for kids and adults alike complete with pool table, 2 TV's, Xbox, bar table and poker set. Otherwise you may prefer to take a dip in the pool (heating available at an additional charge during the chillier months) while watching the outside 50" TV with the BBQ cooking on the bespoke Grill and bar area. You will always find something to do as there is truly something for everyone!

The villa is set on a large corner plot with off street parking for 2 cars and a south facing rear lanai pool deck .
The pool deck has dining seating for 8, sofa set, bar stools and loungers for those lazy afternoons to relax and watch the sun go down or the game on the TV.

Included in your rental is the use of the amenities at both of The Oasis Clubhouses, with one being a 5 minutes walk from your front door, including:

Suffice to say, there is plenty to keep the avid golfer occupied for the duration of your stay! This is even without venturing a little further afield to the multitude of other world-class, all-year-round, golfing facilities on offer in Orlando.

Our home is located in the perfect place to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer and has all the comforts you would expect plus loads more. We pride ourselves on giving our guests the best vacation experience possible.

Pool heating is included in all rental rates during the months of September to May.
Basic supplies are provided on arrival such as toilet rolls, hand soap and a few kitchen cleaning suppliers but as our home is self catered any further suppliers you will be responsible for.

The Gate

We love Champions Gate. This property had the things you need: mainly towels and sunshine. Very pleasant stay during a very busy Passover/Easter period. Pool heat and a real hot tube vs spa. Loved our stay. “The Gate” refers to problems with the QR codes on the gate passes that were issued by the property security…needs improvement.

Great Home & Great Stay

The home owner and I communicated through questions I had prior to the booking and she was very quick to respond with the answers required. I additionally had communication with the property manager who was just as wonderful. The home is everything and more than the pictures show. We have rented in this complex in the past and have not stayed in a place that felt quite as “at home” as this one did. We will plan to stay here again in the future.

Great 6 night stay at Champions Gate

Our Group of 7 had a great stay at this property. There was nothing to be dissapointed about and no suprises. The property was everything we hoped it would be and then some. The house was clean upon arrival the community was quite and clean. The house is plenty big enough for 2 to 3 families or 1 large family to spread out. The pool patio area is large enough to stay and play all day. For a change of pace the Oasis Club is just a short walk away. The property is a short distance from everything you would need for groceries or all kinds of dining etc, Publix 5min away, multiple golf courses 5 mins away, Omni Resort with fine dining and outdoor tracer technology driving range 5mins away. Being so close to everything is convient because traffic around the area can get congested but knowing you only have a short distance to go is relieving. I would absolutely rent the property in the future.

Fabulous Stay for our Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in the vacation property. Everything was fantastic! The only constructive feedback I would offer is that there were not very many kitchen towels available and amenities like toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent were minimal. Be aware that you will have to purchase these if you stay more than 2 or 3 nights. Other than that, no issues at all! We would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful holiday

We had an amazing holiday doing all the obvious Florida theme parks. Having this holiday home as our base topped the holiday off. It was beautiful and exactly the same as the pictures with loads of space for us to relax and recover from the busy park days. The host was really helpful and everything we asked for was set up for us on arrival eg pool heating. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. I had read some reviews of Championsgate’s noisy neighbours but we didn’t experience any of that. We would definitely return again if we were staying in Florida.

Upon arriving, killed a cockroach and found the ladder to the bunk bed broken. Ladder could not be fixed for 2 days. Ants in the upstairs. Ran out of propane, pool guy told us the pool was not being heated, pool balls with broken pieces out of them and would not roll - pool cues no tips. Cigarette butt on patio. Cleaned the outdoor grill inside and out upon departure, only to be charged $100 because a hidden drawer was not cleaned out where it collects fallen debris. Took photos as I knew it would be an issue. In our photos, the knobs of the grill and behind the knobs are clean. Owner sent photo of dirty knobs and grime behind the knobs. My photo is time stamped. Also took photos of every room as it said if there was more than 1 load of laundry or dirty dishes extra cleaning fees would be charged. We paid for cleaning up front with the rental, but did all the laundry and dishes. Owner says they are not responsible for making sure there is propane, that the pool table is in working order or for what the pool guy said (we paid for heat). Also not responsible for bugs or cigarette butts. Extremely disappointing. Still trying to get our $100 back.

Sharon was great to work with and property manager was responsive. Had small issue with outside TV but not a huge deal. Overall property matched listing and house was very clean and well stocked. Nice location to Disney parks and pool was a huge hit!

Florida Family Vacation 2022

This was a wonderful property located in Champions Gate. The check in process was a little bit tedious (as it took approx 45 minutes due to everyone checking in at the same time). The homeowner handled any situation we did run into in a timely manner. Luckily we only had 2 vehicles, as both houses on either side of us had 4-6....parked everywhere. The house was clean, had plenty of towels, and was very comfortable to stay in. I would definately return.

Great month-long escape

In looking towards retirement, 4 of us (2 couples) decided that we wanted to try spending a month in Florida to see if that was something we wanted to put in our retirement plan. We researched a lot of houses all over the state, and this was the one that we thought best suited our needs. We were right! This house is set up perfectly, We were working remotely from there so we used the extra bedrooms, the play room, the dining area, and the outdoor deck as office space and we all had plenty of room to spread out. We also had several guests during the month and even with 4 couples, there was plenty of room. We used the pool and deck area daily - morning coffee outside, afternoon drinks by the pool, and cooked dinner on the grill. The Oasis clubhouse is an easy 5 min walk. The pool area with the lazy river seems great for kids and the food at the restaurant there was good. The gym has quite a bit of equipment and wasn't too crowded. The location is great - close to the theme park area, several golf courses nearby, a couple of grocery stores and pharmacies within a couple of miles, Costco is about 30 min away, and just about any big chain store/restaurant is within 15 - 20 min. The only downside to the location is traffic on I-4, but there are several back roads that will allow you to navigate around most of it. The house was clean and the property manager was responsive and easy to deal with. If we ever decide to visit this part of Florida again, we will definitely be back here!

Wonderful home / clean / well located

The overall experience was excellent. From check in to check out. The house is well located in a golf community on a quiet street. The pool and spa were heated upon our arrival and easy to use. The kitchen is well appointed and the game room is very nice. The owner sent very detailed information about the house well in advance of arrival and put us in touch with their local property manager. They were both very responsive. The house was better than we expected. It immediately felt like home.
