Come enjoy this luxurious 5-bedroom 4-bathroom villa with a private pool overlooking tranquil conservation views! There are no rear neighbors to obstruct your natural conservation view. A great place for viewing a variety of wildlife such as the Florida Sand Hill Cranes that regularly visit the rear lawn of the villa and eagles which can be seen soaring overhead. The pool has a screened in extended lanai with ample lounge chairs and 2 tables for outdoor seating. There are 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and three other spacious bedrooms, one with an en suite. All bedrooms have smart TV’s with Netflix availability and Spectrum app with over 100 channels. Each master bedroom has a safe that is added for your comfort and convenience. There is a jacuzzi to relax in after a long day at Disney which is only a 20 minutes’ drive away. Or after golfing at world renowned golf courses that is within a few minutes’ drive from this home. This spacious home boasts an open floor plan, free Wi-Fi, and stereo surround sound in the living room and den. The game room has a pool table, darts, Foosball, and air hockey. Lovely villa, highly recommended. Well equipped and clean. Beautifully furnished. Comfortable beds and a well heated pool. The host Raja is exceptionally good at answering questions and providing information. He responds very quickly to any queries. Watersong resort is lovely, beautifully tended and very quiet.

Our stay was so enjoyable especially the pool and the hot tub. The house was exactly as you see online. The house had everything you would need to stay there. My grandson would stay in the pool all day if we let him. The game room is excellent for everyone. I cannot say enough about this house and location and will be back. The neighborhood was so quiet, all you heard was the birds.

Excellent villa for large families

We had an excellent vacation at this villa. The villa was of a high standard with all facilities needed for a lovely stay. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the welcome pack was a lovely thought and appreciated. It is a lovely family home where we as a family of 6 spent many hours round the lovely pool looking over the forest were much wildlife was spotted The games room especially the pool table provided many competitive evenings!! The management company were excellent as we experienced a small problem with a water leak from the A/C unit, this was reported and rectified within 2 hours. We would highly recommend this villa and are actively looking to see when we are able to return in the future.

Parks, parks & more parks

The property is beautiful, spacious and is fully equipped with everything you need. We spent our days at the parks most of which were 30 mins away by car then chilled in the evening either by the pool or watching tv on the very comfortable sofas. The house is within a gated community and the security and other residents are very friendly. This is a perfect house to stay for a family and I would 100% recommend this property.

Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at this home for a week and had an amazing time. The home was beautiful, clean and well kept and the pool was also well managed.There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax but close enough to keep an eye on the kids at all times. We ended up requesting a BBQ during our stay and it was delivered quickly with supplies which was very much appreciated. Getting a hold of the property manager was not difficult and any questions were answered promptly. The people working the front gate were extremely welcoming and we never had any problems/concerns with entry. There were some rules for staying at the house which we found very appropriate, most I felt were common sense and/or common curtesy when staying at someone’s home (lock up when you leave, run the dishwasher when you leave, and start a load of laundry, things like that). Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed coming back to a beautiful home after long days running around. We would definitely book again and would recommend this spot to others!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay at Watersong. We’ve stayed all up and down the US27 and Champions Gate over the years and although Watersong is a little further away from the hustle and bustle, this means that it’s a more peaceful location with lots of wildlife in the area. Nice clean estate and house and when we had an issue with one of the doors, the management company responded straight away. Can’t fault the property. Was exactly like the photos and description. Lots of room and plenty of space for everyone.

Home was clean and ranch style layout was easy to move around in. Pool was just as nice as the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to the parks to make travel easy. If you're considering this place, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

Very enjoyble stay

Very clean and well maintained. Raja was a great host. Very responsive as was his property mgr. Our grandkids totally enjoyed the pool. We also took advantage of the great pool at the resort. Would totally recommend this propety to anyone. The only drawback was the heavy traffic at times...but nothing that raja could do anything about!! Stay away from rush hour!!

Ideal home for large family

We would be happy to vacation here again. The pool was the star of the show for the grandkids! It is in a gated community and guarded by the most joyful and professional guard, named Maria. She was a highlight! Thanks for a great week.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful neighborhood

We enjoyed a winter get away at this home and appreciated every moment of it. It is a spacious and welcoming home that offers a private and quiet outdoor patio and pool as well. Once you get used to and plan for the traffic outside of the development, it is a great getaway space for Disney Parks The owner and management team were easy to communicate with and very helpful.
