Lovely Family Executive Townhome At Regal Palms Resort and Spa

Our townhouse is in excellent condition top to bottom! 3 Bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins and sofa bed), each bedroom has its own en-suite bath.

Enjoy spreading out on your vacation with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, washer/dryer and wifi.

Just minutes for I-4 for quick access to all of the major theme parks, shopping, restaurants that Orlando has to offer.

Regal Palms resort has a lazy river pool, water slide, tiki bar, volleyball court, day spa, gym, restaurant and 24 hour check in. Walmart, shopping, restaurants all within 5 minutes of driving. The townhouse is located two streets or 8 minutes walk, 1200 ft from the clubhouse and pool.
NOTE: **Please note, there is a resort fee per house per day, payable to the resort at check-in. The resort fee for 2021 which guests have to pay at check in is $20.00 plus 12% tax total ($22.40 inclusive) per home per day ** This is not included in the quote for your dates. For guests who stay 30 days or more at certain times of year, there is a discounted rate

Awesome property
Property was clean and most importantly it was very conveniently located. 1-2min drive to grocery store, gas station, starbucks, Mcdonald and within 10min drive, there were cool shopping center with lots of cool local restaurants. Staffs were friendly, we didn’t get to swim but swimming pool looked fun too.

Condo was clean and nice, even if a bit dated. Resort staff were friendly and helpful.The pool complex was beautiful and exactly as advertised. However, the clubhouse and "restaurant" left a lot to be desired. Overall, a good reasonably priced place to stay near the attractions
