Major Disappointment
Upon arrival, we found the unit to be unclean. The stairs were not vacuumed, kitchen & dining floors were sticky (no floors were mopped), walls were dirty. Not just regular wear and tear. The most disgusting thing was the huge dried up urine spot next to the toilet in the master. Outside of that, of the 4 TVs in the unit NONE of them worked. Someone came promptly, took pictures and assured me her supervisor would address. Someone else came & wiped off one wall. After this, I had to beg for help. On day 5 of our 10 day stay, we finally got the TVs & internet to work. But they never addressed the lack of cleanliness so I had to go buy cleaning products to do it myself for the health and safety of my family. The fact that a large cleaning fee is included in the cost but the unit was dirty and I had to clean it myself was ridiculous. I spent so much time while trying to enjoy vacation to get someone to assist. The host was terrible at communicating and repeatedly ignored my requests for someone to call me to discuss. Honestly, if someone would have just come out day 1 (or even 2), cleaned up the urine and fixed the tvs, I would have been completely satisfied. If visiting for Disney, its a little far becuse there is ALWAYS traffic. Initially, I was okay with driving a little further but with the terrible stay, the traffic getting in and out of Championsgate wasn't worth it either. Pros- we loved both pools and the playground. I have photos that it wont let me add.
