Not sure if it was the system or the staff but there was confusion as to how long I was staying there. I booked the room from the 14-17 and got a phone call in the afternoon of the 15th saying that I was supposed to have been checked out already and my stuff was still in the room. That was fixed but later that night my wife went down to ask for one extra pillow around 1030 pm and was told it would be 45 minutes for them to bring one, which is ridiculous

My stay was the best I have experienced in a long time.The facility and rooms are very clean. The hotel staff showed excellent customer service. Breakfast was awesome! I was in town for medical reasons and they made my visit that much more smoother not knowing what I had to deal with. This is the hotel of choice when I return. .
