I like this hotel because it is close to Walt Disney and Old Town. I also like the breakfast buffet. I didn't like the resort fee they charged for using their facilities. I didn't use the gym, sauna or swimming pool.

Stay in Kissimmee

Our stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites is Kissimmee was excellent! The hotel is very clean, the room was comfortable and loved that we were given many pillows to choose from. The full sized shampoo, body wash and lotion were a welcomed surprise! The only thing we weren't happy with was the rough towels, the hotel should invest in some much needed fabric softener. We were grateful for the various amenities, pool and hot tub were great, but were disappointed with the lack of equipment in the gym. The location was perfect, close to the airport and there were many restaurants and entertainment options nearby. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends!

The cleaners aren’t doing a good job. Checking in there was hair all over the bed linen. Nail clippings all over the carpet. Hair in the bath tub and nothing in the room worked. The hotel is good and has a very nice location. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. The little events that went bad were fix right away.Only bad thing and maybe it was my perception was that it look like rooms were allocated not so randomly, but more selectively. You could perceive by peoples etnicity and looks in which section they were lstaying at

Wonderful staff amazing staff. So helpful. I can’t repeat enough how wonderful all the staff I came in contact with was. Stellar. Checked in with me by text right after we got in our room. The room smelled damp I let them know and immediately was offered to move rooms. We chose to just turn the ac lower and the dampness improved quickly. I liked that the slider actually opened to a patio, fresh air. Wonderful. Sheets and towels were spotlessly clean. Comfortable pillows and bed. Blanket had a full complete duvet cover on it which is a plus, not just a single sheet wrapped around it. The breakfast was wonderful. Everything you would want. The cafe staff were so very helpful and so nice. The area where the hotel is standard main road with strip malls, restaurants, close to target and Walgreens. Close to all the connecting main roads in Orlando, such as i4 and international drive. We were in Orlando for ESPN wide world of sports events and the hotel is perfectly located and very close to this. Easy in and out. The only reason I am giving less than all 5 stars is the property is dated, hallway carpets have stains, walls and doors show smudges and scrapes, common area ceiling tiles have few stains. This is cosmetic stuff that can be easily fixed.
