Overall a good hotel. Friendly staff, nice rooms, quiet. Elevators are the slowest in Florida. You can literally waste an hour a day waiting for the elevator. Parking fee of US$ 16 is a complete rip off.

We were on our honeymoon. At check in I had asked if their were any possible perks since we were celebrating our wedding. I was told that we could upgrade the room for a few, and I told the guy that, that wasn't a perk if I had to pay for a service. He told me to take it or leave it. Also our shower was extremely hard to turn on, the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed so water got everywhere and there was 2 used bars of soap in the shower, and an old washcloth with feces on it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean from the lobby to the rooms, it was spotless and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and professional, making the whole experience even more pleasant. One detail I really appreciated was the quality of the toiletries. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash they provided were top-notch not the usual generic kind. They smelled great and left my hair and skin feeling really nice, which is something I don’t always get even at higher-end hotels. The room was cozy, modern, and quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt very welcoming and calm. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed hotel. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Decent location in the middle of all amusement areas. The hotel is located in the back of a small outlet area. They recently started charging for parking since late last year, so please be aware of that. The downstairs first floor rooms are located adjacent to the pool, so please be aware you may need to have your blinds down most of the time. Standard bread, yogurt, cereal, packaged muffin and bagel breakfast items to start your day is included with your stay.
