Ive stayed at this hotel a few times when i visit Orlando. This was the first time I stayed in their family suite,and i was beyond suprises at how comfortable and spacious it was. It had some knicks that needed cleaning but overall i highly recommend. The pool was clean,and the breakfast was good.

I didn’t even stay there. And I got charged for it someone else who have my login information made this reservation and I tried very hard to cancel it. The customer service person said they couldn’t get through to the hotel yet I was able to get through to them, but they told me only Hotels.Com could cancel And Hotels.Com told me only they could cancel. It’s very frustrating.
