Highlands Reserve is a prestigious holiday and residential golfing community in Davenport, within the Orlando Area. Highlands Reserve has excellent on-site facilities including a communal swimming pool, Tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, practice range, putting green, and cafe bar which is open seven days a week.
Highlands Reserve is situated just off US highway 27, in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of orange groves. It is ideally located for easy access to all major attractions, with shops, supermarket, and restaurants all close by. A new Walmart has opened on US27 just 5 minutes drive.
Highlands Reserve is only minutes away from all the areas major theme parks. There are four major theme parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney MGM Studios, and Disney Kingdom Theme Park. There are also Two Water parks. You can choose from Two Night entertainment centres.

Great stay
This is a beautiful property. The only thing I would tell the property manager is to ensure that you have starter packs of laundry detergent, dishwashing soap and a sponge. In regards to the actual property, it is one of the best kept in the subdivision. I found the care of a few of the properties around lacking and the curb appeal was lousy for those properties. Finally, please wash out the garbage bins outside, they have a lot of flies and I assume that the cleaning crew does not clean the outside bin. I would stay here again as the actual property and furnishings are beautiful. The pool is very large.

Nice home for large family
We loved the size of the house. Loved the pool area. House could have been cleaner. Fan in living room caked with dust. Close inspection revealed dirty corners in several of the rooms. Did not appreciate having to bring beach towels. So bulky for traveling. Also wished small things would have been their. Coffee filters, salt and pepper, dish soap. We have stayed in ALOT of houses in Florida and not having the small things like that is a first. The grocery is at a convenient location, so that is a good thing. Would I recommend this home for a large family? Yes!
