I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn Orlando Southeast Nona. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout—from the lobby to the rooms—everything felt fresh and well maintained. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that service and cleanliness are a top priority here. Did not appreciate having to pay for parking. Lighting in the rooms was poor. Area where the suitcases are stored was poorly lit. There should have been an overhead light. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful. All areas were clean.

Our stay was great. The only 2 complaints we got are that first, the hotel changed us $10+ per day go park our car, I don’t believe that was on the description of the hotel when we booked it and second, the room was great but no microwave at all. If we needed to hear anything we’d had to go downstairs to the reception area to do so. I don’t believe a hotel in Orlando specially wouldn’t have a microwave in the rooms. The parking thing was a big let down.
