This is your home away from home.Our condo is ADA approved and fully handicap accessible. This is a very large comfortable apartment for any family!! It's split plan with master suite on one side and the other two bedrooms and bath on the other side is the perfect set up. It has all the essentials and comfort after a long day at the parks or perfect for staying in and relaxing or enjoying the pool and clubhouse facility. Morning coffee on the balcony looking out at trees and nature is great way to start the day as well as to end it with a glass of wine!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall the space was pretty clean. There are a few areas that could use improvement, such as stain marks on the carpeting and flooring. The handle in the guest shower that controls the temp was loose, a child could not shower there bc it wasn’t working. TV in master was not working and remote was missing. Sliding glass doors do not lock, no safety bar was available either. All of which the owner was advised about and they reported they knew about the problem and are going to address it in the near future.. The washing machine didn’t not work properly, the detergent dispenser did not dispense. I just wish the listing would have stated that the condo was pending renovation, because we would not have stayed otherwise.
