House Rules
- No smoking.
- A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings and a credit card hold for a refundable damage deposit of $5,000 is required.
- Pool/Spa heating is an additional $185/day (summer) $265/day(winter) plus tax and must be purchased for the length of stay.
- Maximum Occupancy is 28 including all adults and children.
- Event Fee may apply for any gathering exceeding the stated maximum occupancy. All events require prior written permission from the management.
- All third-party vendors contracted for services on property must be pre-approved by management, carry minimum liability insurance, and hold applicable licenses for services.
- Property comes with a 4-seater golf cart at no additional charge. Golf cart waiver must be signed by all guests prior to use.

As an Integrated Property Manager (IPM) with Expedia/Vrbo, Diamond Vacation Homes, LLC ("Diamond") is the merchant of record for all reservations.
For the safety and security of all resort guests, Diamond is required by your credit card provider's terms of service to request billing information on file to prevent fraudulent transactions.
